"Come on, you can't say they're not good." April said.

"Sorry, they're just not my style of music!" Allison said, grabbing her phone from April and putting it back on the couch in the living room.

"And what is your style of music?" April deadpanned.

"Richard, let the record state that I warned you that she won't like the gift. I don't know why, but I just know she won't." Ruth Baldesarra stated as she walked down the stairs with her husband following.

"I don't get it, what's so wrong about a book on dieting?" Richard Baldesarra asked.

"I honestly don't get it either honey, but you know that Maria, she just can't have nice things." Ruth said, shaking her head.

"Uh, hey Mr & Mrs Baldesarra!" April said.

"Oh April, how lovely it is to see you here!" Ruth said, smiling and flashing her pearl white teeth.

"Yes, very lovely." Richard said, waving at April.

"Where are you headed off to?" April asked, and Allison looked at her with wide eyes.

You don't ask Ruth & Richard Baldesarra about an event that's coming up that they just happen to be attending unless you have two hours or more on your hands! Wasn't April aware of this already?

"One of our colleagues, Maria is having a little housewarming party." Ruth said, and Allison rolled her eyes when her parents weren't looking.

Just so you know, when her parents say that someone's having a 'little' party, they mean they're having a party with 1000 guests or more.

"Maria bought another mansion, how surprising." Allison muttered under her breath.

"Oh! Mum, dad, look at the time, you don't want to be late and make a bad impression on Maria, do you?" Allison asked.

"You're very right sweetie," Richard said, "we best be going Ruth."

"Okay well, you girls have fun." Ruth said as she grabbed her coat. "You know, I am so glad that you stopped your extracurriculars, Alli-bear, it means we can keep an eye on you just that much more."

At that, April laughed albeit nervously as Allison shifted uncomfortably.

The next day, all of A Troupe minus Cole who wasn't at the studio yet, were all rehearsing the semi-finals routine.

"Unsinkable... unsinkable..."

As they all got into their final positions, Michelle & Kate clapped.

"That was really good you guys! Let's take a break and then you can all come back and we can rehearse the finals routine again!"

"Wait, Miss Kate, shouldn't we wait for Cole to arrive? It feels weird dancing with only nine people." Melanie said.

"Look guys, Cole is going through a really tough time right now, but he's still coming to rehearsals every chance he gets. He's a real team player. But you guys need to be prepared for when he does come, and put your all into the choreography. So yes, we are going to rehearse with nine people whether you like it or not." Kate said.

"Eugh, that's so gross." Richelle said as she looked at Noah, and Noah instantly went into a panic.

"What? What's gross?! What did I do?!!" Noah asked.

"Noah! Calm down!" Richelle laughed. "It's just all the nutella that somehow got on your face. I know you know how to eat with your mouth closed."

"Oh." Noah blushed as he grabbed a napkin and started wiping it all off. "You're right, I just sometimes forget to when I eat a nutella sandwich lately just because they're so amazing."

"You won't break up with me because of that, right?" Noah asked, afraid.

"What?! Of course not, don't be silly! Just because I find one thing you do annoying doesn't make me like you any less!" Richelle said.

"Good," Noah said, letting out a breath of relief, "because I would not be able to handle that."

On the other side of Culture Shock Izzy was watching Noah and Richelle somewhat creepily when Crystal and Kira came up to her.

"Hey, Izzy?" Crystal asked nervously.

"Yeah, what's up?

"We just wanted to let you know that... we're dating." Kira said.

"YES!" Izzy said, standing up and pumping her fists in the air. "I've been shipping you guys this whole time!!! Another win for the gays!!!"

"You've still got some nutella on your face." Richelle said.

"What? Where?" Noah asked, but before he could try to wipe it off, Richelle grabbed a napkin.

"Here, let me do it." Richelle said and wiped it off the top of his upper lip.

Izzy, who was looking from Crystal & Kira to Noah & Richelle, screamed.

"I CAN'T TAKE ANY MORE OF THIS CUTENESS!!!"

Later that day, Oliver walks into Studio A, and everyone assumed that he'd just been to the bathroom and was now ready to rehearse.

"Everyone if I could make an announcement." Oliver said, gaining everyone's attention and surprise. He didn't talk much after he got scared by Izzy.

"Since I'm not a featured dancer at Nationals, I've gotten a better offer from another studio who hasn't completed their A Troupe yet, and I'm going to take it."

"What?! Oliver-" Kate started, but Oliver cut her off.

"The studio's Elite, in case you guys were wondering. See you at Nationals!" Oliver said, throwing a peace sign at everyone before leaving the studio forever.

How was A Troupe gonna come back from this?

to be continued...
