As A Troupe walks into Studio A the next day, they see 'The Gang' waiting for them.
"Ugh, you guys are still here?" Both Jordan and Noah joke-complain at the same time by accident, and Allison and Richelle playfully hit their friends on the chest.
Emily laughs, "Yeah, we're still here. Miss Kate said something about wanting to talk to us."
"Wait, she's not here yet?" Allison asks in confusion as she glances into their Studio Head's office.
"That makes no sense," Richelle adds, "she's always here before us. And where's Michelle?"
"Right here," Michelle started as she walked into the studio, "what's going on? Why aren't you guys warming up?"
Allison was a bit taken aback from the slight harshness of her tone, so she led all of A Troupe to the floor to warm up.
"Sheesh Michelle, what's up with that?" Emily asked.
"Sorry, my parents decided to give me a call this morning to talk about my life choices." Michelle admitted, slightly bitter.
"Oh yikes." Riley said, "wait, do they know where their younger daughters go everyday?"
"Nope." Michelle confirmed. "They think that they just have a lot of extra curriculars."
"I'm so confused." Eldon complained, so, naturally, James hit him on the back of his head. "Ow!" The blonde complained while West burst out laughing.
"Okay!" Kate started as she walked in, "who's ready to rehearse the dance that's going to get us to the finals in Regionals?"
A Troupe cheered, and Kate turned to the former A Troupers, "I'll talk to you guys after rehearsals, but feel free to stay and watch, as long as there is no funny business."
It was pretty obvious to everyone who the end of that sentence was directed, and the three girls snorted.
Before Kate pressed play on the remote for Studio A's docking station, Allison spoke up.
"Wait a minute, where's Amy?" Allison asked, and Kate glanced around for the raven haired girl, but not finding her anywhere.
"I'll give her a call, you guys still rehearse." Kate said as she walked into her office, leaving Michelle to watch over the rehearsal.
"Okay guys, from the top!" Michelle demanded, taking charge as More Than That by Grayson Matthews started playing.

Once they rehearsed the dance three times, Michelle let them take a break, so they were all just sitting around the studio, drinking from their water bottles and talking.
Kate walked out of her office and closer to the A Troupers, feeling solemn.
"Okay guys, I've heard from Amy, and she says that she has some big news that she'll come in to tell you all later in the day, and that it isn't good news."
