"So, Nationals, again. Do you think we can make it there this time?" Michelle asked, grinning.
"Honestly?" Kate answered, looking out the office windows to see everyone mingling at the Regionals Celebration Party. "As much as I loved our old Troupe back when you were on the team, I think this A Troupe might bring us to so much more wins."
"Still, knowing The Next Step, there's bound to be some drama stewing up any moment now." Michelle declared, knowing the studio too well.

Meanwhile, J Troupe, B Troupe & A Troupe members were all mingling in Studio A as James and Eldon walked in.
"Woah, there's some major deejay voot going on right now." Eldon remarked as he looked around the room in awe.
"Wha- uh. Do you mean déjà vu?" James asked, still stumped by his friend even after all these years.
"Uh, whatever you want to tell yourself, buddy." Eldon laughed, patting James on the shoulder in a patronising way.
"Ooh pizza!" Eldon yelled, running to his favourite food and completely forgetting about James.
West and Emily then walked into the studio with his arm around her shoulder as they both grinned at each other happily, seemingly in their own little world as they completely ignored James.
To make matters worse, Riley walked in after them, feeling put off about being the third wheel, and she immediately took a step back when she realised that James was looking at her, also feeling pretty glum about the whole scenario.
See, James and Riley hadn't talked since she revealed that she was seeing someone. Not to say that they didn't try, but things were just... awkward now.
Not like they weren't awkward before.
"He- hey Riley." James started, trying to cut the awkwardness.
"Riley! I'm so glad you could make it!" Michelle exclaimed as she burst out of Kate's office and hugged her best friend.
"Are you kidding? I wouldn't miss it for the world!" Riley responded in relief as Michelle dragged her further into Studio A and away from James.
"Hey Riley!" Richelle greeted as Michelle and Riley walked past, the brunette smiling at the A Trouper.
"Uh oh." Noah, who was sitting on a beanbag with Richelle muttered.
"What?"
"I think there's some sort of drama going on between the original A Troupers." Noah remarked and Richelle snorted.
"Well it was about time, I was honestly surprised that during all of the preparation for Regionals, there wasn't a single argument or dramatic dance in a practice room from them."
