"Wait, wait, wait, TNS has a rival studio?" Lola asked in disbelief as she, Noah and Richelle all sat in Culture Shock later that day.
"Yeah of course." Noah said. "Your old studio didn't?"
"No!" Lola said.
"That must've made things boring." Richelle said, and Lola shook her head at the both of them.
"You guys are unbelievable."
Suddenly, Richelle's phone lights up with a text, and when Noah glances at it, he jumps up from his seat.
"Crap is that the time?! I better get going to The Music Room to rehearse my solo. Richelle, I'll see you at my house after, right?" Noah asked, and Richelle nodded.
"Of course." Richelle said, and Noah smiled at her in a way that made her feel things that should not be feeling for her best friend.
"See you guys later then." Noah said, grabbing his bag, and said, "bye." before kissing Richelle on the cheek and rushing out of the room, leaving Richelle speechless.
"Ooh, are you two having a date at his house?" Lola asked.
"N-no! Why would you ask that? We're just friends! Friends!" Richelle spluttered.
"Okay sorry, I get it, you're just friends." Lola said, chuckling as she put her hands up in mock surrender.
"Exactly!"

"April?" April lifted her head from looking at the floor to look at the source of the voice.
"Oh hey Mel." April said.
"Why are you sitting by the door to Studio B?" Melanie asked.
"I'm waiting for Allison to finish practicing her solo." April explained. "Keep me company?"
"Of course." Melanie said, smiling at April as she sat beside her. "So,-"
"Hey guys." Jordan said, greeting April and Melanie as he walked into the corridors. "You waiting for Allison?"
"Yup." April said as she smiled at Jordan who sat on the other side of April.
"Excuse me Jordan, but April and I were having a conversation." Melanie said with bitterness in her tone as she glared at Jordan.
"Oh, sorry," Jordan said, apologising, "but I thought-"
"Well you thought wrong." Melanie said, cutting Jordan off. "You can leave now."
"Melanie!" April yelled in shock. "What has gotten into you?!"
"Nothing! I just want him to leave." Melanie said, crossing her arms.
