I was now twirling her round and round not knowing what I was doing. I then twirled her back into my arms and swayed us back and forth. She giggled happily and turned back to face me.
I'm not sure why I was happy, I just was. She smiles up at me as I stare down at her. "Thank you," I mummbled to her as I gave her a hug and pecked her on the cheek.
I heard her giggle once more as I released her. "You're welcome dear, I'm leaving this place finally, and I just wanted to say goodbye."
The smile on my face disappeared once she said that. She hugged me tightly and then left the room. I watched her leave and a tear rolled down my face. She was my first friend I made here.
I touched the tear that was slowely going down my face and quickly wiped it away. My body was now full of fury, I walked over to the wall and started pounding on it.
The tears in my eyes were now flowing rapidly down my face. Why does everything good in my life have to leave?
I then lost feeling in my legs and fell the hard, cold, concret floor sobbing now.
I then felt a firm hand grasp my shoulder and pull me up, they then pulled me into their arms and held me tightly.
I wrap my arms back around them not caring who it was. I sobbed on their shoulder as they stroked my hair.
My eyes soon ran dry and were all puffy and red. I try to wipe the pain away from my eyes to see who it was, it turned out to be Jay. "I'm sorry Hayligh had to go Alek." Hayligh is her name? What a pretty name.
I looked away from him wipping my dry stinging eyes. "Alek, please tell me what could make you so upset about her leaving?" "She was my first friend here that I didn't feel frightened around," I whispered with a raspy voice from crying.
I turned my attention to the ground trying so hard to avoid eye contact with him. "I'm sorry, you still have me." I looked up at him, straight in the eye and said, "I do?"
He nodded smiling at me moving the hair out of his face. I smiled looking back down at the floor.
"You're not gonna stay for long you know?" I could feel his stare as I spoke that. "What do you mean, I'll always be here for you Alek." I smiled as he wrapped his arms around me. I wrapped mine around his waist and rested my chin on his shoulder saying, "I wish that could be true, but everything good in my life always leaves." He pushed me back a little just so I could just see his face and keep my arms around him.
"Well, it looks like I'll be the first to stay." He smiled at me and hugged me tightly once again rocking me back and forth for a minute. "It would be nice for once," I whispered hoping he couldn't hear. I could tell he was smiling by his position on my shoulder.
"Well it's your lucky day isn't it?" He did hear me, but I no longer cared. I smirked as I spoke,"it always has been since you came into my life." He let go of me now staring me in the face. I couldn't help but blush and try to hide my face in my hands.
I heard him laugh as he tried to remove my hands from my blushing red face. I tried turing away from him as he got my hands removed from my face. He held my wrist in his hands and he just stared at my face as I blushed more trying my best not to smile.
"You're very cute when you blush you know." He was smirking at me as my face went blank staring at him now.
"No," I whispered, he chuckled still holding my wrists in my hands. "What are you laughing at?" I demanded. "I think it's just cute how clueless you are," he said smiling at me with one eyebrow raised. How am I not suppose to when he makes my mind goes blank even when I just see him?
He chuckled once more and loosened his grip just alittle on my wrist. "Do I really make your mind go blank?" He smirked at me as I blushed again hiding my face in my hands. What was this guy playing at, he's such a flirt.
He removed my hands from my face and smiled, "I want to see your adorable blushing face Alek," he said smiling at me. I stared him straight in the eyes as he looked back into mine.
He leaned in closer to me connecting his lips with mine. I smiled wrapping my arms around his neck kissing him back. He placed his hands on my waist and pushed me against the wall. I haven't felt so happy in years.
