4 days have passed since what I have done. loki found out what I had done and swore he'd get vengeance after he surrendered. Thor moved  into my room to keep me safe. But I couldn't stop looking at the blood stain of what I had done. We were in the bird on the move to nowhere. I turned around to look at Thor. He was beautiful. Strong chin, large arms, and the soft face. I'm so lucky. He then began to wake up, as if he knew I needed him. His soft hand pushed my wind springs out of my eyes. I saw his crystal blue eyes slowly open and alittle smirk rest across his face. In his cute groggy sleepy voice he asked "good morning baby. How are you my love?" I gave my fake smile. "I'm great  love how are you? "He grabbed my face gently, "baby I know you're not OK. But we're going through it together. I won't let him hurt you" I smile and nodded. Not wanting to talk about it anymore. I changed the subject, "How did you sleep?" He gave me a tight hug, "I slept the best I ever have with you in my arms." My face pressed against his warm hard chest. I did feel safe, but Loki is his weakness. He would choose him over me. I knew it. Suddenly The PA system screeched in our ears " all new avengers report to meeting room immediately." Thor groaned, "why in the realms do they keep calling us?!" Laughed it off and jumped out of bed. I had nothing on, Thor made a funny sound. i smiled and said, "this isn't the first time anymore. Wipe that grin off your face". He laughed "I still think you're beautiful." I looked down at what he was staring at, it was my bandage. Feeling my face turn red, I said "Thank you"

Finally we made it to the meeting. Everyone was there before us and they all raised their eyebrows at us. Tony of course couldn't keep his mouth shut and said "how's the sleeping arrangements now you guys are sleeping together for 'safety purposes?'" Everyone chuckled. Thor gave a grin that I knew all too well and said, "better than any of you mere mortals can imagine." They all in unison groaned. Tony laughed and said "I wonder how that works since she's stronger than you, does it hurt wh-" Emilie cut him off "That's enough Tony." Fury slowly walked in with his unpleased look "Team, where are we in Loki's interrogation? You know I can't send normal agents in there, he might tear them up." Thor chimed in "I would sir but I have had to watch Esme and I didn't want to leave her alone. Loki has cloning powers and -" Fury barged in "Thor go in there. Do you think my agents can't handle her. And I think she can take care of herself just fine. She has the strongest powers of the group" Tightening his hand Thor said " Sir she is injured and is not fit for battle if necessary." I broke in "I appreciate all your worries but I am perfectly fine. I can take care of myself for 20 minuets while you talk to him." He whipped his head back towards me and gave me a concerned look. Fury continued "Alright then it's settled. Thor you go in and talk to him, Esme I'll put security detail on your door, you stay in your room. For the rest of you. I expect you to train your freaky asses off. The smallest girl on the team took all your loads and had to take a life. Don't let me down." He walked out and told Thor to follow him He kissed my forehead and went off. The room emptied quickly and Cap hung behind. "Hey Esme, I would formally like to apologize for what happened. I am number two in this group and I should have been on top
Of her." I smiled, "No worries. I understand. She can make you feel things and loose it. That's how she kept you all away. I handled and and now I must continue." He grabbed my shoulder and said "You're a good soldier. Stronger in both ways than I'll ever be.  Thor's a lucky guy." With that, he strolled out. I smiled, I know Thor wasn't the lucky one, it was me
