I looked at myself in the mirror. My hair was light brown with small traces of a glistening blonde. It was shoulder length and was covered in curls. I had piercing blue eyes, everyone always told me how envious they were. But in reality, I was envious of them.
Today was my first day of my 3rd school this month. Every time I went to a school we always had to relocate because I accidentally expose myself. Everyone always tells me I need to live a normal life, but honestly, I'm just not cut out for it.
For the record, last school I saved people's lives, they crashed a car into the lake, what else was I supposed to do? Let them drown?
My foster mom inturrupted my thoughts "Time for school Esme!" Well, here goes nothing. Having extreme strength,a high intellectual level and an influence on the elements made it really hard to fit in.

I was waiting outside for the bus. It came to a screeching stop in front of me, great. The doors flew open and I got a nice smile from the Driver. As I walked down the bus every empty seat each student turned around and grabbed their backpack and made the seat "full". People jut out their feet trying to trip me, as if I wouldn't notice.
The bus started to move I had no choice but to sit by one kid who tried to trip me. He had the look of an average jock. He looked over and gave a small laugh. "Who is the new girl?" I attempted to answer but got interrupted. "Apparently she doesn't talk." I gave up. He constantly was picking on me and being a complete jerk. I held on to the seat in front of me with a death grip. I soon learned this kids name was Jed, and Jed was a low grade student and a huge bully, I learned all of that in the five minute bus ride.
Finally we made it to the school as soon as the doors opened I was the first to get off. I didn't even want to look at the seat in front of me. I glanced at my schedule, first period, history.
I walked swiftly to my class everyone shuffled to their seats, I sat in the back, hoping to be unnoticed. I've learned that being unnoticed is the best route for a new kid. As the bell rang the last student walked in, Jed. The only seat open just had to be next to me.
