Alex
I ate my fries sitting in my car, Lani's been blowing up my phone ever since I left. I'm already home I just don't want to go inside and get bulldozed by Lani.
I gotta work the same shift all this week! I unlocked the door and threw my keys on the table. "Y'all not gonna say hi?" I said coming up the stairs as Lani and Trey looked at me then back at the tv.
"Hey." Lani hit my shoulder before changing the tv.
"Can I talk to you real quick?" I grabbed her hand dragging her to our bedroom. "What's up?" Lani sat next to me as I shook my head.
"What's up? That's all you have to say? I've been gone all day and all you can say is what's up?"
"Well... what did you want me to say?" Lani smiled looking at me with low eyes."You're smacked right now." I lifted her head forcing her to look at me.
"It's for meditational purposes," Lani mumbled touching my nose caressing my cheeks. "Is this what you do when I'm not here?" I scoffed as she sat back down on the couch next to Trey.
Trey doesn't know what to do right now man, he's just sitting there rubbing his shoulders.
"Aye man you good?" I snapped my fingers in his face."These walls aren't really walls." He stroked the couch while looking around the room.
"Yeah, he's been saying weird stuff for a while." Lani chuckled putting her feet up on the table.
"Why don't we bring you to bed." I took his hand and he stood up walking beside me. "Same time and place for tomorrow." Lani winked at him as he turned around taking his sweater.
"Absolutely not, y'all aren't doing this tomorrow, that poor boy doesn't know what's going on," I said slapping the back of her head. "It wasn't anything serious."
Lani laid her head in my lap. I rolled my eyes while she took my hand putting it in her hair. I haven't even undressed, I'm gonna have bags under my eyes by the end of this week. "I missed you." She mumbled as I touched her favorite spot above her ear.
When I play in her hair she likes it when I touch above her ear. Her dad would always pull her hair if she'd act out and he'd always pull that specific area. I guess she enjoys how soft I get when I touch it.
"I missed you too, princess." I took my phone out of my pocket and turned it on. "Can you bring me to bed?" Lani asked, softly rubbing her eyes.
"In a minute."
Before I could even unlock my phone a whole bunch of texts came at me.
Baby💛: Alex I miss you 💔
Baby💛: When you coming home
Baby💛: You've been gone for too long
Baby💛: Text me back you stupid dog
Baby💛: I ain't mean to call you that
Baby💛: I miss you and your sexc ass face with those sexc ass lips
Baby💛: You really not gone text back fuck you too
Lani sat up rubbing her eyes waiting for me to pick her up. "You big baby." I kissed her forehead carrying her to bed. She's a mess but she's my mess

I tied the strings on my robe fixing my hair, Alex is leaving Already and it's only 5 in the morning. We barely got time to each other last night cause she came home late.
"Baby, why don't you come back to bed?" I sat on the edge of the bed propped up on my knees. "Lani, I have to go," Alex said putting her jeans on then sat in front of me.
"Alex, just come back to bed." I sighed wrapping my arms around her neck.
"You're being really clingy so I'm gonna ask you to leave me alone." Alex pulled away from me then stood up.
I went back to the top of the bed, getting under the covers. "Heard you." I pursed my lips as Alex chuckled putting her shirt on. "I'll be back sooner or later." Alex kissed my cheek but I wiped it off.
"Bye Alex," I said sourly looking away from her. "Give me a kiss and I'll go."
I yawned before sticking up my middle finger." She can have Ashton fuck her since she's worried about pleasing him. I don't want Alex out in the street and she's half asleep.
"2 minutes and that's it." Alex got in bed cuddling me, I gave her a kiss as she put her hand on my thigh. She inched higher and higher making me smile.
"I'm sorry but I gotta go." Alex looked at her watch moving away from me. "Your girlfriend waiting for you?"
If I convince myself that I'm not mad maybe it'll work, I want the best for Alex but I just want to break her jaw sometimes. Alex can be mean and scary at times but she'll apologize for it at some point.
The thing is if you do something to Alex she'll get mad but if she does it to you, it doesn't matter.
I'm not gonna stress anything out because I know Alex is going to come home. I never could work like this picking up these types of shifts. I guess Alex is used to it but I don't want this becoming a habit.
Like I said I want the best for Alex.
