Chapter 15: Kiddnapped

What was that yesterday? Who was that voice in my head? What did I unlock? Does it have something to do with elements? Only one way to find out.. It was still early in the morning so I decided to go outside and test it out. It was really peaceful outside and quiet.. The wind seemed to be talking to me. ~focus~

'That room had something to do with element right? What element do I wish to control most? Fire maybe?' I focused and thought of a blue flame appearing in my hand. At first it didn't work until a symbol appeared on my hand. It was weird but none the less a blue flame appeared. The tattoo on my hand eventually faded and reappeared on my shoulder glowing orange. The next element I thought of was water. My symbol turned to blue and my fire turned into water. This time I concentrated on it becoming a dragon.

I heard footsteps coming behind me so I quickly dismissed the dragon and covered my shoulder. It was Sebastian.

"(Y/n) what are you doing standing out here?"

I sighed. "Nothing just enjoying the quiet.."

"I see... About yesterday...Do you know how you healed so quickly?"

"I told you those scientist did things to us that makes us heal quicker than normal humans.. I rather not talk about it."

"Did your eyes ever change colors though?"

I thought back to what happened yesterday when the voice said not to let anyone know. "They might change colors from blue to gray sometimes.. Why?"

"No particular reason. Are you sure you're feeling better?"

"Yes, I'm fine stop asking.. It makes me feel weak.."

"You aren't weak (Y/n).. Will you grow your wings for me? I want to take you somewhere."

"Fine.." I grew my wings and told Sebastian to get on my back. He was hesitant at first but climbed on. When we took off he directed me to a beautiful flower field. "Why did you want to take me here Sebastian?"

"You said you enjoyed the quiet so I thought this place would help you relax.."

"Arigato.." I walked over to a tree and sat down under it while Sebastian followed me. I then started to make a flower crown. 'Oh geez.. I haven't made one of these in a long time..' I finished the crown and then placed it atop of Sebastian's head. He made a confused look but nonetheless kept it on.

"(Y/n)?"

"Hmm?"

"Do you sometimes wish that these things didn't happen to you?"

I stayed quiet for a while before answering,"No I don't regret anything. Everything that happened happened now. No matter how harsh these things were, it makes me who I am now. You can only grow stronger from these experiences.. When I was fighting that beast I didn't have enough power. I'm pretty sure I was dead for a few seconds.. I wanted to protect everyone..I just need more practice."

Sebastian smirked. "Fight me then. With everything you have, don't hold back because I won't."

'Was he serious there is no way I could go against a demon..' "I accept this fight. Are weapons allowed?"

"Yes I brung your double edged scythe with me."

"Were you planning this Sebastian?" I took my scythe from his hands.

"Maybe.. I suggest you don't use your wings either. Let the battle begin." Sebastian took out his knives and threw them at me. I didn't expect it to start so quickly so I dodged them.

When I dodged he moved quickly to my side and tried to cut me. I moved my blade to block and then made some space between us. It didn't last for long because Sebastian kept lounging at me relentlessly. I was starting to get tired of blocking and knew he wasn't low on stamina.

'Earth I call upon you' As Sebastian lounged at me again I smirked as a wall appeared infront of him. It didn't take long for him to break it down but when he did I was gone. Sebastian slightly dropped his stance and looked around for any sign of me. Appearing behind me I cut him with my scythe and kicked him into a tree.

He didn't get up as quick as I thought so I got worried and walked over to where he landed.. Did I forget to mention I covered the blade in a strong poison?

"Sebastian? Are you ok?" I peered over a bush.. He wasn't there but I could feel a pressance behind me. Assuming it was him I spoke, "I guess you win Sebastian.."

"How dare you mistake me for that demon."

Slightly scared seeing as that voice wasn't Sebastian, I turned around. "Who are you?"

"My name is Claude and I'm from the Trancy manor. My master wishes you to come to the Trancy manor for a ball he is throwing today."

" I'm sorry, I don't think I will be able to attend with such short notice. What happened to Sebastian?"

"He left to get the earl seeing as he was invited too..."

" I'll just wait for him here... Even if it was to inform the earl I don't think he would just leave me out here alone." I turned my back to him and stated walking away.

"You are coming now." he grabbed my arm with an iron grip. Seeing as he wouldn't let me go attempted to hit him with my scythe. He caught it then took it away from me before quickly dropping it.

"I don't wish to fight you." he swung me over his shoulders and knocked me out. In my last moments of consciousness I whispered 'fire I command you to surround me until I awaken'
