I sped off and then we reached to her house and I got out and open the door on her side. We walked into her house.

We went into her kitchen and grabbed a glass of lemonade.

"I'll call for Chinese, does that sound good?" She asked as she grabbed her cell phone called the restaurant

"Yeah, Chinese sounds great." I said with excitement.
I walked out to the backyard. The sun was shinny and was getting hot. Because we kind of ditch school after that happen, so it has to be around one thirty.

The pool looked so inviting, with the water reflecting from the sun. I just wanted to jump in and it is also one way to get clean up. I sat my glass on the table.

Madison came out, "They said it will be thirty minutes until they get here." She paused, "Are you wanting to go swimming?" She asked in a sweet tone.

I looked at her, "Yeah, I think your pool is calling us to go in." I said with a smirk.

She laughed, "I guess it is, because its really hot out here." She paused, "Also my dad said he will be home really late like last time. So it will be perfect. Come on I'll grab you some board shorts for you to wear.." She said with a smile and wave me to follow her.

We went up stairs and she went into her father's room and she was searching in his dresser and then found the shorts and she threw them at me.

"You can change in there." and she pointed to the bathroom, "Or in here. It doesn't matter."

She left and closed the door. I took my shirt off, stepped out of my pants, and then into the board shorts. I grabbed my pants and boxers and went downstairs and went out to the backyard and put my clothes on the swinging chair.

I took a drink and when I did, I saw Madison in a  bikini. I accidentally spit the drink out and started coughing. She looked gorgeous, I couldn't keep my eyes off of her.

She gave me a anxious look, and had her arms wrapped around her waist, "What, is something wrong? "

"N-No" I started stuttering, "You look beautiful."

She gave me a wide smile and she blushed, "Thank you."

She was also looking at me like I was with her, like she couldn't keep her eyes off of me. I also notice that she has abs and nice strong arms. She looks like she is a cheerleader, from the way her body looks and she is also popular.

"You want to get in?" She asked curiously.

"Oh right, yeah."

She gave me a laugh and pulled her hair behind her ear. I ran and jumped in. The water felt so nice. I loved it. I came up for air and my hands wiped the food off my face. I looked around and Madison was still not in. I looked up.

"What's wrong?" I yelled.

"I like to take my time." She chuckled shyly.

I got out of pool, "Not when I'm here." I said with a smirk.

She backed up and I walked towards her and she was telling me no through laughter and she was shaking her hands.

"Oh come on, you got to get in some time. "I said as I smiled at her.

"I'm good with how I do it." She said with a chuckle.

I grabbed her waist and turned her facing the pool. She was trying to get out of my grasp.

"Riley, don't you dare." She said as she was laughing.

"Come on you know you want me to be throw you in."

"No, I don't. Riley you better not."

"Or what?"

"Or...Or..." She was trying to think of something.

I made that wrong answer buzzer sound, "Sorry, that's not the right answer."

We were at the edge of the pool and I lift her up I was going to throw her in and then she turns to face me in my arms and our faces are close to each other and bodies are close. I'm frozen inside, my heart is pounding so fast. Then she gives me a mischief smile and she wrapped her arms around my neck and pulls us into the water she lets go and we come up for air.

"Why did you do that. I thought you wanted to go in the pool slowly?" I said as I whipped hair from my eyes.

She wipes her hair back from her eyes too, "Because if I was going to be thrown in, you were coming with me." She said with a little smirk.

I swam closer to her, "You little sneak."

We both laughed.

"I have a question." I asked quietly.

"Sure. What is it?" She still had a smile on.

"What did Seth mean by you not opening up?"

Her smile faded and she looked down, " You heard that..."

I nodded my head.

"Um...Its hard to talk about, I've never told any of my friends."

"You can tell me."

She looked up at me, “I never told Seth this...My Mother died, she died in a car accident two years ago. Mostly my dad and I don't hang out is because he is depressed and work is his only thing that makes him get by. He tries his best to put a smile when he sees me, but I know he is really hurting. I took up cheer because she wanted to me to do that and also I have fun doing it, it feels like a family on the team. She always wanted me to do good in school too." She pauses. "I just can not believe she is actually gone. When I go to sleep, I can hear her and it feels so real, but when I wake up I know it was just a dream." She starts wiping the tears away on her cheeks.

I took a breath. I did not realize we had so much in common, its crazy that we went through the same thing with one of our parents. It was nice to actually talk to someone who understands, besides my brother. I can hardly talk to my mom, she is usually out working on a case or she is depressed whenever I bring up something about my dad. But there is something different about Madison, she is just easy to talk to and that is one thing why I like about her.
