Chapter 32;

(If you can't remember what just happened, Michonne & Anna are looking for the peeps on the bus out in the woods & they found an arrow.)

I clench the arrow in between my fingers.
"You alright...?" Michonne says.

"Yeah. It just sorta worries me. Why is the arrow lying here without blood on it? Like zombie blood?"

Michonne shrugs.
"That's a good question that you'll just have to wait and find out yourself. Now let's keep moving, we don't want it to get dark and be stuck out here."

Were moving towards the sun, and that's the way we know how to get back to the sanctuary. Keep the sun on your left shoulder.

My boots are dirty, but that doesn't matter to me. I have a brown // tan shirt on & jeans that flow into my ratty old boots.
My hair is all over the place. It looks like a big blonde bush. I know that's pretty hard to imagine.

Soon enough we hear screaming coming from ahead. Me and Michonne run and our feet don't stop.

"Help!!!! Help!!!!!"
A young girl's voice echoes against the trees.

Michonne stays silent & so do I. I can't screw anything up, I've done enough by leaving the bus people for themselves. Although it wasn't completely my fault.
Carl. It was carl too.

Just the thought of him made me miss how it was before all this. And it made me really think. I felt like I had a sign on my forehead that says "I have no one. No one at all."

And then words filled my brain and I couldn't stop them.
