Chapter 27: Welcome
(Okay so I might just like the way the pic looks so I'm just gonna keep it for a while.😁 But thanks guys I made it to 700 reads + 9 more reads which makes it 709 ! 😂 did the math for ya;) but here's chapter 27! My favorite numba😝)
"Carl? Is it really you?"
Carl looks shocked. Then he dropped his bags on the floor and ran forward. He hugged that person super tight and they hugged back super tight.
"Rick!" I yelled.
He stopped hugging Carl and walked to me. I hugged him.
Then Sky hugged him.
"Where's Judith? Or - or Daryl? Carol?" Rick asked.
Standing behind him was Michonne, & Maggie.
They came up to us and hugged us. I let it all out. I started bawling. I cried for everything. For Grayson not being here. For Judith. For Addy. For Skylynn not getting the childhood she deserves and the same for Lizzie, Mika, Luke, Molly, and Me.
"Me and Anna went out for food, and we came back, and-" Carl said but didn't continue.
Rick nodded. Then he actually started crying. Rick. He was crying. I couldn't believe it. Him and Carl were holding eachother and crying because Judith was dead. Or atleast we think so. But I don't. I know that every single one of them is alive and I'm not gonna stop until I prove that to Carl and Rick.
Glenn immediately ran to Maggie. I was holding Sky's hand, and she looked up to me.
"Where's the others besides them?" She says as she points to Rick, Michonne and Maggie.
"They left, when me and Carl went out for food," I explained.
A couple minutes later, we were all standing by eachother, looking into the sanctuary.
Carl, Rick, Sky, Glenn, Maggie, Michonne, and I.
I guess not all of us.
We walk in through the door, but someone stops us.
"Excuse me, but I'm gonna have to ask if your new here?" The tall and muscular man said.
New here? What, are we supposed to have came here to save ourselves before and just decided to leave?
Rick answered the man.
"This is my group, were good people. And this isn't my first time here. We already have a room."
I guess Rick, Michonne & Maggie made it here along time ago.
"We just walked out to, uh- check something," he said.
The man nodded. "Welcome."
