Can I go back in? (Part 1 Of The Family Series)

The morning after

Cold as ice, the floor groaned under Jem's feet as he tiptoed out if the front door. He was before anyone else and decided to fingers Raphael. Tessa rolled over into the empty space on the bed after being disturbed by the sound of the door. She shot bolt upright noticing that he was gone and slipped out of the warm grasp of the bed and into the cold grasp of magnus' apartment.

There was a note sat in the kitchen counter waiting for her awakening to let her know where he was. She smiled briefly before making two cups of strong coffee and getting dressed. She wore blue jeans and a baggy top for slobbing around in whilst she would get Magnus ready for his wedding. She grabbed three plates from one of the cupboards then waved her hands to produce a full English breakfast she placed one of the cups of coffee onto a tray, along with a glass of orange juice and the plate of food.

Swiftly, with only a few wobbles, Tessa walked through magnus' house to his room, knocked twice and then entered.
"Wake up sleepy head, it's time for breakfast." She whispered in that tone you would use to lure your cat from beneath your bed. She placed the tray next to the bed on the table and gently shook Magnus till he woke. She sat up slowly, adjusting to the light and preventing the dizziness.
"You know that a little m-"
"No! Alec made promise that none of that would be used today." She passed him the tray, not losing any eye contact during the process. He took his painkillers with one big gulp and then began to eat.

Tessa sat at the table eating her food, silently waiting for Magnus to call her through. At that point Jem walked back in and shrugged his shoulders. Tessa gestured toward the oven and Jem took his food and began to eat with Tessa.
"How is he?"
"Dead," Tessa shook he head, a small smile threatened to ruin her perfectly cam and responsible response to his pun.
"Sleeping, un-able to wake him."
They sat in silence until Magnus shuffled in like a half dead zombie who just finished it's last portion of brains. His once perfect hair stool up in all different directions and sparkles created dull random Patterns on his face. Jem finished seating and then headed for magnus' bedroom. A faint scream seeped from the room.

The bright light blinded Jem for a second. It took him a minute to find the light switch so he could turn it off in attempt to see. The room was covered in sparkles, it looked like a stick of explosive glitter had exploded in his room, every square inch was covered. Nothing underneath was showing, it was like the wall was intentionally painted in sparkles. He knew that it wasn't though, seen as though he did help out with putting Magnus to bed. He searched the bathroom for a dust pan and brush and then decided to tidy the room before preparing the suit for Magnus. The walls being littered with glitter seemed like an impossible task at first, but with the correct runes, Jem made an easy job of it.

" You feeling any better?" She started cautiously.
" Yeah, just a little," he began, letting the words hang between them. "I hope Alec fells okay though, I do really miss him though."
"I'm sure he is fine right now, a little hung over from a harmless night."
Magnus nodded lightly and stared into space.
" Right!" She clapped her hands, startling Magnus back into reality. "Jem will dress you to save your little dignity, then I'm doing the rest. Now Chop Chop, you have a wedding to attend now. You don't want to be late, it needs to be perfect." She shoved him into his room and closed the door behind him, getting ready as she could before she was needed again.

"Your turn,"
"Coming Jem" Tessa finished by putting a long blue to on to go with his her loose fitting fitness pants. She ran to magnus' room and rushed straight in. He was wearing a dark blue tuxedo with black, casual trousers (the sort you would expect to see in an English school). Tessa tucked him in and flattened his creases as Raphael shuffled into the room with a small sway and a flinch from the harsh light.
"I'm ready!" He announced.
Indeed he was, his tux was tightly tucked in with no creases, shoes on bad hair done. Tessa drew attention off of him by picking up some glitter, she gestured with her eyes toward Raphael at Magnus, who nodded in return. She twisted her body swiftly and and shook the bottle toward Raphael and covered him in sparkly, multi-coloured glitter. He turned with a shocked look on his face and then left the room while Tessa fixed Magnus with final touches
