Does Jace know?

"Are you positive?" Izzy asked after she calmed down from the shock of the news. Clary shrugged before answering the question.
"I think that there is about fifty per cent that I'm not." Clary responded in a quiet manner. Izzy looked at her quizzically.
"How do you know then." She asked, concerned for Clary's mental health.
"I'm late. By about eleven days." She replied, rubbing her belly lightly. Izzy ran over to her and grabbed her in a tight embrace, making sure she didn't crush her stomach.
"A pregnancy test? When we doing it?" She asked, demand in her voice. Izzy always secretly wanted a baby around. She just wanted to watch them grow and help teach them the ways of shadowhunters and runes and heels if they're a girl. It wasn't long before they finished cleaning and polishing the weapons and Izzy dragged Clary off to the Ships to buy a pregnancy test. As they got into the shop the looked around to see if they could find one but couldn't. They made their way to the check out where they asked for help finding a pregnancy test. The man behind the till gave them a questioning look as if he wanted to ask who's it was. At that Clary rubbed her belly as she watched him scramble out and showed them to where they are. After they chose one from the veriety they had, they went to the till to pay for it.
"Hope you get the answer your looking for." The man said with a smile on his face. They thanked him for his help and left the shop, rushing to get the test done.

As they got back to the institute the headed straight for Clary's room and sat on her bed, reading the instructions on how it all works. Izzy was urging Clary to just go and get it over and done with, Clary giggling at her enthusiasm.
"I can't." Clary finally admitted, shaking her head as her eyes began to well up.
"You can't what?" A voice asked in return, making the two girls jump. Clary quickly put the equipment under neath her and the sheets just before Jace walked into the room. Jace gave them both a stern look, clearly wanting an answer.
"Izzy is trying to get me to wear twelve inch heels I know I can't pull it off." Clarissa states as she rubbed at her feet. Jace gave them both a concerned look as if he only just believes them before walking out of the room, closing the door behind him. As soon as they knew they were alone Clary did the test and soon they were waiting for the results.
"What are you hoping for?" Izzy asked, trying to stay patient.
"I want a baby, it's just. So much so soon. I don't even know how it happened because we were save the whole time..." She paused as she recalled a single moment which may have caused a pregnancy.
"What is it Clary? You know you can talk to me."
"Yeah it's just- ok it's ready now" Clary spoke as she picked up the plastic the was about to reveal the truth about her mysterious body.
"I'm pregnant. Izzy I'm pregnant." Clary half yelled in suprise. Her excitement didn't last long though as she knew she had to tell Izzy something more important.
"I don't think that Jace is the father." She half whimpered.
"What do you mean. Who was it? Was it Alec?!?" Izzy said, anger controlling her voice. Her face soon became a deep red and her eyes were wide.
