know if you're in love with someone. You get
goosebumps from their touch and butterflies just
by hearing their name. Anything and everything
they do makes you go impractical. You freeze
when they say your names and start to blush.
Fireworks set off when you kiss. Everything you do
has to involve them, it feels like if you're going to
die if you don't see them and that's how you know
you're in love sis." she explained.
I scratched my head then nodded.
"Well I did meet this other guy. His name is
Bryson Jacobson." I cringed as I said his name.
"And what happened?" Valerie asked eagerly.
"He tried kissing me and Harry got super jealous.
We got into a very bad argument and I thought he
was going to give up on me with another girl. He's the only one
who understands what I'm going through and he's
helped a lot with the situation with my parents."
She nodded and squinted her eyes.
"He is totally in love with you. If he isn't then I
don't know what love is." she smiled.
Harry interrupted our girl talk by telling us we
needed to get ready. We hopped off the bed and
ran around my room looking for our clothes.
"What do you think of this Val?" I asked as I
showed her my clothes.
"It is beautiful! If you don't wear that I'm wearing
it for myself."
We both giggled then we put together her outfit.
Val set her curling irons on my vanity and
patiently waited for them to heat up. Once they
were hot enough, i started to curl her hair (i did not need it because i already have naturally wavy+curly hair)
Once the hair was done, we started on our make-
up. Overall, it took us about 2 hours but those 2
hours were worth it because after we were done,
we looked absolutely stunning.
"Cousin! You look absolutely beautiful!" She
screamed.
"So do you sister. We're going to be the center of
attention tonight." I winked at her.
Since we were both so close, we always changed in
the same room. I changed into my clothes. Valerie
changed into the clothes we put together for her.
We looked at ourselves in my full body mirror and
smiled in satisfaction, we looked absolutely
gorgeous hands down! Guests started arriving
shortly, earsplitting music playing downstairs and
