I paced back and forth in the hospitals

hallways impatiently waiting for the doctor to

show up. harry was trying to calm my down but

nothing he said worked. Mili showed up with

apprehension plastered on her face. She sat down

in one of the seats and put her head on her hands

quietly sobbing. This was all my fault, I don't

know why I didn't think about Pratty's feeling

before I made this mistake. I walked over to mili

and sat next to her putting my hand on her knee.

She looked up with mascara running down her

face, I knew what I had to do. This was for Paige's

sake.

"mili, I can't do-"

I was cut off by Dr. Reynolds.

"Hello, is this the Payne family?" He quietly

asked.

I quickly got and shook his hand.

"Yes, what is wrong with Pratty?"

He looked down at his paper work then shook his

head.

"She's going through a rough time right now, she's

in a depression. Pratty is currently sleeping right

now, she hasn't woke up since you brought her

here. I strongly recommend you take her to

counseling. She needs to see a psychiatrist as soon

as possible." He responded.

I shook my head as tears ran down my face, I felt

hopeless.

        "This is all my fault isn't it doctor?" I asked.

He shook his head.

"No child. From what I've seen she's been

like this for a while. Anything happen in the

past?"

I nodded my head as flashbacks of my parents

popped into my head.

"My parents died a while back, she still hasn't

gotten over it yet."

Tears streamed down my face.

"She definitely needs to see somebody about this.

Depression could lead to many things including

suicide. You guys are lucky we caught this in time.

Anyways, Pratty is going to stay in the hospital for

a couple more days. We want to keep an eye on

her and make sure she's make progress."

I bobbed my head once more.

"Thank you Dr. Reynolds. May we go see her

now?" I questioned.
