Yesterday, I took the Bangtan Boys out to do some shopping and eat. Afterwards I got the whole group (MONSTA X and BTS together) to watch a cliché film about a highschool romance, the typical bully and nerd scenario.

Like that ever happens.

The next day, we all went on a road trip to MONSTA X and I's hometown, where we all met and grew.

It was actually quite emotional, for me.

Why?

Because I'm in the place where I first found a family, with people that have grown to be family.

It just really hit home.

As we walked around town (stopping in at arcades, parks, anything the little town had), my heart throbbed. I missed the simpler days, where I didn't have to worry about Jackson, or anything important for that matter. Where I had all the time in my life. Now, I'm so bombarded with academics that I don't focus on any of the little things, and it scares me. Growing up scares me.

But I have to grow up.

Every living thing has to grow.

But every living thing has to die.

And for their last day, I decided, instead of spending the whole day alone with them, I'll take MONSTAX and BTS paint balling together, and then a final BTS sleepover, just like old times.

"Teams are," I started, a bunch of young males dressed in camouflage with paintball guns eagerly listening, "Shownu, Namjoon, Wonho, Jimin, Taehyung, Jooheon, Mark and Changkyun are on team Fire."

I heard a very loud sigh from Shownu and Kihyun, then a mumbled 'seriously?' from Jooheon.

"Team Water is Jungkook, Minhyuk, J-Hope, Kihyun, Jin, Yoongj and Hyungwon," I finished, looking up from the piece of paper I was reading.

"How come you guys get one extra player?" Jungkook asked, and I tried to suppress my grin when I answered.
"Because Changkyun and Wonho are horrible at it, together they count for one."
"Oh."
"I'm not that ba-!" Wonho tried to defend himself, but Kihyun interrupted him.
"You shot me even though I was on your team!"
"I didn't do anything like that though," Chankyun complained, to which Shownu responded.
"You shot yourself in the foot and to sit out for half of the game."
"Fine," he chuffed and the group finally broke out in laughter.
"Let's get this game going, I have a lecture to be at in four hours," Minhyuk grumbled, and sure enough, the game began.

When I say it was hot, I don't mean an above average day.

I mean sweat dripping down your face, back, arms and legs after being in the sun for five minutes. I don't know if it was the actual heat or the gear we had to wear that was making us hot, but no doubt all of us were feeling it.

It didn't hold us back though.

We played a 'capture the flag'-like simulation, as far as we knew, their flag was behind a tree somewhere in front of us, our flag was planted behind a shrub.

There was too much going on to even explain, so by the end of the game, I wrote down all of the things that went wrong, with everyone's contribution, of course.
