Finding you

Chapter 10

By the time they woke up next to each other, it was 7pm. Eddie arrived in Seattle early in that morning, met Chris later on, got to Chris's house for 9am and fell asleep next to him all in the same day.

Eddie woke up, finding himself in the exact position he fell asleep in, lying on Chris's chest. His face started to flinch more as he was waking up, with Chris's hair all over his face as he was trying to move without waking him up.

He had to do one of those awkward kind of dances to make sure he wouldn't disturb Chris, whilst trying to also get in a comfortable waking position.

"Having fun there?" Chris said, with a groggy tired voice, rubbing his eyes.
Eddie smiled.
"Sorry if I woke you, I needed the bathroom. Oh, do you have the time?"

Chris leaned to his bedside table, moving his hair out of his face whilst reading the clock.

"7:08pm to be precise. Damn, we slept for a while huh?" Chris chuckled.
"I bet you're hungry, well, I am. We can get changed and go out to get food if you want" Chris suggested.

Eddie, still near asleep, gave him a warm smile.

"Where do you wanna go?" Chris asked. He was driving the car with Eddie sat next to him. It was dark outside, and the restaurant signs gave out bright and attractive lights.

Eddie looked out the window, squinting his eyes whilst trying to make out a sign on a window they were driving past.

"Fre - sha - vo - ca- doo" Eddie was trying to read a sign, and said it in a slow questiony tone.

Chris gave him a confused look, and as they pulled into the traffic light he leaned towards Eddie, almost on top of him, to read what he eddie was trying to say.

Chris chuckled.
" I think you mean fresh avocado" chris said, laughing.

Eddie and Chris were both laughing, a lot.

"Oh what about this place?" Eddie said, with breaks of laughter.

Chris leaned over again, looked back at Eddie and agreed. They pulled the car into the park and made their way in.

Chris opened the door for Eddie, gesturing for him to go in. As Eddie walked in front, chris smirked and mumbled, laughing.

"Fre-sha-vo-ka-doo"

Eddie, still walking, turned his head to the side looking at Chris.

"Hey!" Eddie playfully said, laughing with Chris.
