Ch.11: Kiss?!

The silence in the rooftop is normal but when Jeryll awoke looking up to a dark sky with glistening stars, she knew there is something wrong.

"Wave, gumising ka na."

Wave pulled himself up. He rubbed the sleepiness from his eyes.

"Eh?! Anong oras na ba?"

"Wala akong relo eh."

Wave sighed. He pulled out his cellphone from his pocket.

"It's...WHAT?! 8:30 PM NA?!" Wave shouted, shocked.

"ANOOO?!"

"Kailangan na nating umalis," Wave said, nakita niyang may 35 missed calls and isang text message galing sa butler niya.

"Oo tara na! Hinahanap na siguro ako ni papa!" Jeryll said, frantically.

They went to the door. Inikot at hinila ni Wave ang doorknob. But the door just banged against the lock.

"Anong problema? Ako nga," Jeryll tried for herself but got the same outcome.

"It's 8:30."

Jeryll stopped pulling  the door and asked, "So? Ano naman?"

"So all people here at school leaves at seven."

"What?! So na-lock tayo dito?!"

Her arm dropped to her side.

They're hopeless.

Wave fished out his cellphone from his pocket.

"Butler Leo!" Wave shouted through the line.

"Young master! Nasaan na kayo?! We're so worrie--"

"Nasaan ako?! I should be the one asking you guys that question!" Wave yelled, frustrated.

"Akala po namin tumakas na naman po kayo and thought your home--"

"Home?! Did you find me there?! Wala ako dyan 'di ba?! I'm stuck here in the school's rooftop!! So better get here in 30 minutes and get me out of here or else consider yourselves fired!!!" Wave yelled again, before hanging up.

He sighed and sat on the floor resting his back on the railings.

"I seriously don't get it. Hindi naman ako inaantok kanina pero I passed out," Jeryll commented, confused.

"Me too," Wave replied weakly.

"Liar. Lagi ka naman natutulog, sleepyhead."

"HEY! I'M NOT!" he retorted.

"But seriously..." Jeryll paused thinking. Then it hit her.

"'WAG MO SABIHIN SA AKING, YOU DRUGGED ME!!!" Jeryll accused.

Jeryll covered her body by her hands and shouted, "PERVERT!!! BASTOS!!!"

"HOY! I DIDN'T DRUGGED YOU, OKAY?!! AKALA MO NAMAN MAY GAGAWIN AKONG MASAMA SA'YO!!! I'LL NEVER DO THAT EVEN IN A GAZILLION YEARS LALO NA SA BABAENG KATULAD MO! YOU'RE THE ONE WHO'S PERVERT!!!" Wave defended.

"HOY! HINDI AKO PERVERT! SIGE! IPALIWANAG MO NGA HOW COME  I PASSED OUT AFTER DRINKING YOUR SODA?!" Jeryll defended herself too.

"BAKIT? ININUMAN KO RIN NAMAN YUN! AND I PASSED OUT TOO!"

"Huh?"

"I just drank that soda and passed out," Wave recalled kung ano ng nangyari kanina.

"Ako din. I just drank that soda--"
