Ch.23: Caramel Coffee

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" a voice yelled, echoing in the hallway.

Soon the commotion stopped in an instant. Lahat sila pati na rin sina Jeryll at Anthony ay tumingin kung saan nanggaling ang boses na 'yun.

They all froze.

Wave is standing along side with the rest of the royal friends. He's staring at the scene in front of him with fury in his eyes. Nakapalibot ang isang grupo ng estudyante kina Jeryll at Anthony. He alternates his gaze between the shocked mob, egg coated Anthony and soaking Jeryll. Hindi na niya kailangang maging genius pa, he easily gets the picture.

Then he narrowed his eyes on Jeryll and Anthony.

Yakap-yakap ni Anthony si Jeryll. Anthony IS HUGGING her "supposedly loyal girlfriend". Wave glared at them immediately upon realizing that.

Hindi maintindihan ni Jeryll kung bakit ang sama ng tingin ni Wave sa kanila eh sila na nga ang biktima rito.

Then she realized...

Yakap ko si Anthony...

Wave is watching us...

Nasa harap namin si Wave...

Wave is MY "boyfriend"...

Oh...

Kaagad siyang umalis sa pagkakayakap ni Anthony.

Lumapit si Wave sa kanila. Then he quickly intertwined his hand with Jeryll's.

"W-Wave?" Jeryll stammered.

Anthony scoffed in his thought at the sight pero hindi pa rin niya binibitawan ang kamay ni Jeryll na kanina pa niya hawak.

Wave looked at all the people around him and shouted, "Makinig kayong lahat!"

Everyone is either too scared or too shocked to move. Everybody froze on their spot.

"Everyone! Sasabihin ko ulit sa inyo sa huling pagkakataon, so better listen to me carefully! Jeryll Marie Pablosa is my GIRLFRIEND! If you're messing with her, you're surely messing with ME. At alam niyo na ang ibig sabihin 'non. The next time na may gawin kayo sa kanya, I'll make sure that person would be EXPELLED from this school. Or better yet, that person would not only be expelled, that person would be so afraid to attend any school in this country anymore."

Everybody around them looked at him in shock. Their jaws are dropped in disbelief.

"This girl here is MINE. And I won't let anyone of you to lay even a finger on her. So stop these damn stupid things. No one ever defied me. No one," Wave continued, loud and clear.

They all gulped. Sino ba naman ang hindi maniniwala at matatakot sa sinasabi ng isang Walter Vincent Zamora.

"Get your hands off my girl," ito naman ang sabi niya kay Anthony and he glared at him.

Anthony slowly loosened his grip on Jeryll's other hand.

"Let's go," Wave said as he dragged Jeryll away from everyone else.

Anthony felt something tugging in his heart looking at their retreating form.

Jeryll...

"Err...saan ba tayo pupunta?" tanong ni Jeryll. Wave is still dragging her to the school's parking area. Pero ang pinagtataka ni Jeryll ay kung bakit papunta sila sa parking area ng mga bicycle at mga motorcycle, at hindi sa area ng mga kotse kung saan nandoon ang kotse at convoy ni Wave.
