So remember a while ago when I said time heals all wounds. That was so true.

It's been two months since my incident.

A lot had happened over that time. Abbie met someone, a guy named Oliver. He was kind and he looked good, my investigation would have to continue as I got better. Markus was officially adopted into my family, making him my soon to be brother in law, and he moved to Illinois with them and started attending Hersey High.

Sadly my Christmas was spent with me sitting on the couch the entire time, not able to help anybody.

My entire family, well almost entire, came to New York. We celebrated at mine and Abbie's house. It was fun of course and I loved being with everyone.

However when New Year's Day came I had to stay home while everyone went to Times Square. Jess stayed with me of course, as well as JJ and Aiden.

It was Valentine's Day.

I wanted to do something special for Jess. I knew what I wanted at the end of the day but I didn't know how to build up to.

That morning I woke up that morning and made heart shaped pancakes for Abbie and JJ. Even though they weren't my significant other I got something for the both of them.

Setting the table I put both their gifts on their plates before waking them and bringing them downstairs.

There were strawberries, red berries, cherries, pancakes, bacon, and orange juice.

"Alex, this is so sweet." Abbie grinned and kissed my cheek.

"Yeah Bubba this is sweet!" JJ exclaimed.

I chuckled and we sat down. Abbie opened her gift which was a golden waxing crescent Moon necklace with a star spinning in the middle and JJ got a flash snapback.

"Thank you so much Bubba!" JJ exclaimed, jumping from his seat and hugging me.

I chuckled and rubbed his back," you're welcome buddy."

Abbie stood up and hugged me.

"I'm glad you liked it B."

After they stopped hugging me they sat down and we ate.

Once we finished I washed the dishes. Then I cleaned the house which took me to like 4:30.

I scooped up my phone and dialed Erin's number.

"SEXY LEXI!" She exclaimed immediately as she answered.

I nearly died in laughter," heya Rin."

"To what do I owe the pleasure my friend?"

Clearing my throat I asked," I know it's Valentine's Day and all, well, do you and Livy have plans?"

"Not sure what we're going to do. Why what's up?"
