Spring break rolled around quickly.

Previous to that Jess and I talked wedding stuff.

I wasn't trying to rush anything but I didn't want to wait. I've done enough waiting, too much in my opinion. When I told Jess that she agreed.

We of course were getting married in Illinois our home.

JJ was so excited to go to my home town. I told him so much about it, most stories involving Jess.

We woke up early, took showers, and started to dress. Our bags were packed and ready to be loaded into the car.

"JJ," I helped him tie his shoes," you have your book bag all packed buddy?"

He nodded," all ready Bubba."

"Your blanket?"

He nodded.

"Barry?"

Nod.

"Your vita?"

Nod.

"Games?"

"Yeah," he chuckled," I got everything Bubba."

"Alright. Take all your stuff downstairs kay?"

"Okay." He said grabbing his bag and jacket before going downstairs.

Abbie was downstairs packing snacks and we were going to pick Jess up.

I slipped into my black Roshes, adjusted my grey camo joggers, and put a black hoodie on top of my loose tank top.

I packed everything into my truck and Abbie, JJ and I drove over to pick Jess up.

When I went up to her apartment I didn't stay long. We greeted each other with a kiss and a hug before I carried her stuff downstairs.

Not long, well kind of long, after we had been through security, baggage claim, and had boarded the plane.

JJ was so excited the whole ride, well he slept for three hours of the five hour flight, but he loved seeing everything from high up.

We landed, did all that airport stuff, and made our way to my home.

My parents were at work currently and Aiden was with Austin somewhere, so the house was empty when we arrived.

After putting my things away I went downstairs and made lunch for everyone. I wasn't the greatest cook out there but I made stuffed chicken, pasta, and broccoli and I thought it looked great.

"Wow it smells great." My mom's voice came from the front door.

My dad chuckled," yeah it does. It's a shame we live alone, not including Aiden. What type of robber cooks lunch?"

I heard a thump then an ow from my dad.

They came into the kitchen and my mom was at my side, hugging me tightly, in seconds.

"Oh my baby. I've missed you so much. How are you? Have you healed all the way yet? Have you been taking care of yourself?" She fired off before rolling her eyes," of course you have."

I raised my eyebrows at her," momma?"

She looked in my eyes and raised her brows.

"I missed you." I beamed.

She smiled back and hugged me again.

Pulling away she passed me to my dad. Our hands slapped together as he pulled me into him, ruffling my short hair.
