Farewell

I had been gathering party supplies for the past two days for Luis send off. Really I just got streamers, hanging lanterns, and balloons. I asked Brooklyn to make a 'Farewell Luis' banner and hung it right about the kitchen doorway.

The morning of I woke up, threw on some black joggers and a hoodie, and ate breakfast.

"You got everything for tonight?" Megan asked me.

I scooped up my book bag," yeah. I'm going to call the food in when I get out of class. And Logan is going to provide us with drinks."

Logan was Tyler's boyfriend.

"Sweet. If you need anything let me know." She said patting my back.

I nodded and went to class. On my way I met Abbie at the Quad.

"Hey beautiful." I greeted.

She beamed at me," hiya."

"I meant to tell you that I had a blast last night."

She and I had gone to Zap Zone. She was so competitive but it was pretty hot. It was awesome watching her take down just about every person she came in contact with. After that we went to a Chinese place, one of the best restaurants I've been to. And then I walked her to her dorm, we made out a bit, then I went home.

"I did too. It was cool seeing how competitive you got." She smiled.

I chuckled," I was thinking the same thing about you. I didn't expect it really."

"Why cause I'm a nerd?"

"No," I laughed and put my arm around her," you just don't seem like the type." I stopped walking and laced my fingers with hers causing her to turn to me," I happen to find your nerdiness adorable." I smiled kissing her softly.

She smiled against my lips," well if that's the reaction I get from being a nerd I'll take it." She joked kissing me again.

We got to class and took our seats. The professor came in like his usual monotones self.

Truthfully I liked the class and everything he said made so much sense. But because of the way he talked it was sometimes hard to not doze off or stop following.

When classes ended I jumped out of my seat. I waited for Abbie at the door and she joined me, lacing her fingers with mine.

I enjoyed getting to know Abbie. It was definitely different. When I dated Jess we had been friends first so we kind of knew everything about each other but with Abbie I had to get to know her in a friendly way and romantically. It was nice.

"So I'll see you at Luis' party tonight." She looked at me as we stopped outside her dorm.

I nodded," yes you will. See ya." I said kissing her cheek and leaving.

On the walk from her dorm I went over the list of stuff I still needed for tonight. Logan was getting the drinks, and the food, right.

I pulled my phone out and called Papa John's. I ordered 10 pizzas and some wings before going to the kitchen.

"Yo Dec!" I called as I pulled out half of our solo cups.

He slid into the living room and leaned on the counter looking at me.

"Are you making Ron Ron Juice?"

His head nodded eagerly," hells yeah."

I grab a bowl and all the stuff he needed which was really watermelon, cranberry juice, cherries, and blueberries.
