Hurt and anger

A few weeks have passed since we came back from our trip to Stars Hollow. School had started back and its been going smoothly. I have an amazing schedule and I'm already ahead in all my classes. I saw Mia when she came to town and we talked and caught up with each other about what's been going on in our lives. Before she left she gave me a box with my stuff and some other things, I still haven't gone through the box. Neither has anyone else they say I should go through it first since it's my life. My birthday is a few weeks away and I have no idea what they are planning but I know it'll be fun. On my way home from class I decided that it's time to see what is in the box. I grab the box and go into the living room and start going through it and see what memories I may find. A few hours later Finn, Colin and Tristan return home and all they can hear are my sobs coming from the living room. They rush into the room to me and surround me trying to comfort me.
" What's wrong Mare?" Tristan asks worriedly.
" I opened the box that Mia gave me" I say through my sobs. The guys are so worried that I must have found something bad.
" Love what did you find?" Finn asks me, his voice weak. I show them the pictures that I found that are of all of us, my grandparents and my dad along with many other childhood memories that I should have had as keepsakes.
" Ror what's on the tapes?" Colin asks me.
"I don't know" I reply sadly.
"Can we watch it together?" Tristan asks softly. All I can do is nod my head. We sat there for hours laughing and crying. The tapes are from when I was a child there was one with all of us playing at the park. As we're watching all of us Paris and Steph come home.
"What are you watching?" Paris asks bluntly
"Apparently childhood videos of me when I was younger, this one has all of us on it "I answer her. There were still a few tapes left and I say
" Let's watch these later, we need to eat and get our course work done" they all nod in agreement. After homework and dinner we all call it a night. I tossed and turned all night and I couldn't figure out why. All a sudden I bolted out of bed put on my robe and ran to the living room. I grabbed the last two tapes and started to watch them. One tape is of Dad, Mia, Luke, Sookie and my friends. As the tape comers to an end I put the last one in the player to see what is on it,  I have a bad feeling about this one. It shows the guy that I remembered asking me all the questions. On the tape he's coaching me, telling me that no one hurt me, suddenly it goes black. I get up to take it out but what I see on the screen horrifies me. It shows my mother pushing me down the stairs and I start to cry loudly a deep soul curdling howl. Steph hears me crying and comes to investigate.
" Ror what's wrong?" Steph asks me concern lacing her voice. I rewind the tape and show her.
" Oh my god" Steph says shocked.
She screams "Get your asses up we have a huge problem" banging on everyone's doors telling them to come to the living room. When they enter they are immediately worried.
"Love what's wrong?" Finn asks he's met with silence.
"Mare?" Tristan asks putting his hand on my shoulder and he hears nothing but silence.
"What's going on?" Paris asks tiredly.
"What happened?" Colin demands wanting to get back to bed
"Just watch the damn tape" Steph says firmly. We watch the tape our faces all show so many different emotions from shock, anger, pain, hurt and rage.
"Who is that guy?" Tristan demands.
"What the fuck?" Finn exclaims.
"What a bitch "Paris yells while Colin just stares at the screen, he's so angry he can't even speak. I run to my room and grab my phone and dialling a number.
They answer on the second ring" hello?" He says tiredly.
"Luke I need you, I found something." I say fear lacing my voice.
"I'm on my way" Luke says hurriedly. A few hours later Luke starts banging on the door. Colin let's him in he immediately runs to me.
"What happened?" Luke demands
"I found her crying down here" Steph tells him.
"She's hurt" Paris says
"She's pissed "Colin adds
"She feels betrayed" Tristan yells anger and venom filling his voice.
"Watch the tape Luke then you'll understand "Finn says calmly. As Finn hits play Luke watches the tape and as he watches more he turns white as a ghost. He couldn't believe what he was seeing. How could someone do this to someone like Rory.
"Luke?" I asks
"Yeah" he replies
"Do you know who that man is?" I ask him quietly. Luke thinks back trying to remember his name. At that point he's never seen Lorelei hurt Rory until a year ago. Luke shakes his head in remembrance.
"His name is David Black" Luke starts to say but before he can finish Paris jumps in.
"who is he?" she demands.
"He's the social worker who was to follow up on the report of your injuries" Luke tells us sadly. This still isn't enough we need more proof of what she's done this is one little tidbit. I'll have to dig further and who knows what I'll find out.
