Not Again

The weeks have passed and exams are done. The guys went away for the weekend to find a place to have the end of the year LDB party. They told us that cell reception might be in and out but when they do have it they would call us. The girls and I are going to go shopping and Nate my bodyguard is coming with us. Then next week we'll be going to Stars Hollow with everyone to get the inn back to the way Mia had it. Last week I testified for Luke to get full custody of April,  Anna was not happy about this at all. This morning we said bye to the guys and us girls went shopping. We shopped for a few hours and now it was time for lunch.

"Hey girls what shall we eat?" I ask.

"Chinese" They all say in unison. We all get our food and Nate does as well.

"I need to use the ladies room, I'll be right back" I say.

"I'll go with you to check the restroom" Nate says. We make our way to the ladies room and I wait for Nate to give me the all clear.

"All clear princess"  Nate says smiling fondly at me.

"Thanks Nate" I say. I make my way into the ladies room, it's nice the window's open and a gentle breeze was coming in. I use the restroom and I go to wash my hands. As I look up I'm shocked at who I see.

"Lorelei?" I say shakily with fear and she grabs me roughly and covers my mouth.

"How dare you mess with Anna and me you'll pay." She says harshly. She starts attacking me and I try and fight her off. I finally hit her and knock her down and run out of the ladies room. I'm panting and in so much pain that I fall to the ground.

"Princess what happened?" He asks concerned.

"Lorelei" I say wincing in pain tears streaming down my cheeks.

"Oh god" he says in horror.

"Help Nate, I'm in so much pain" I say through tears. He carries me and tells the girls we have to go. He rushes to the car carrying me with the girls hot on our trail. He gently puts me in the backseat my head was on Steph's lap, I am crying in agony.

"What happened?" Paris asks frantically.

"Lorelei somehow got in the ladies room after I cleared it" He says angrily.

"Damn her" Steph yells angrily pissed off. We get to the hospital within minutes and he carries me inside.

"Someone help, she was attacked." Nate says frantically with tears in his eyes. They bring me back and I told them they can't leave my side. They let them stay with me and all I can think is thank god. I was to scared to be alone with strangers right now. Moments later the nurse comes in and takes my blood. They put a rush on my blood work. Thirty minutes later the doctor comes in.

"We got the results back and we need to do an ultrasound." He says informing me.

"Why? What's wrong?" I ask worried.

"We need to see if the baby's ok." He says with a smile.

"Baby" I squeak out.

"You didn't know you were pregnant?" He asks me with a eyebrow raised. I shake my head no and he rolls the ultrasound machine over and turns it on and inserts the wand to do the scan, everyone is by my head. I can hear a whoosh whoosh whoosh.

"What's that?" Paris asks curiously.

"That's the babies heartbeat." He said and he turns the screen so we can see it. I tear up seeing my baby. Our baby.

"The baby's looks good and strong, your six weeks pregnant. I'll print out some copies for you." He says. Two hours later I'm released from the hospital. I'm having a hard time walking and have to be on crutches.  I sprained my ankle running from Lorelei. They gave me some pain killers that's safe to take with the baby.

"Where to princess?" He asks me worriedly.

"Take me home" I say shakily with unshed tears. As we drive home I look at the surrounding area. I can't believe this happened again, she'll never give up. I need to protect myself and my baby. I rub my belly. Soon we pull into the driveway and Nate helps me out. He rings the bell and the door opens up.

"Oh god" They say.
