Plans and bail

"Lindsay" I say and she looks at me with confusion in her face
"Did he do this to you?" she asks as I just nod my head
"I'm sorry I didn't listen to you, I should've" she says with sorrow in her voice
"You shouldn't bail him out, next time it could be you" Colin says to her. Lindsay just nods her head sadly
"I won't, but I have nowhere to go." she says
"Stay with us " Steph says
"We have security" I say
"Are you sure?" Lindsay asks
"Yes you need to get away from him, he's stalking and abusing me. Who knows what he can do to you alone in a house with him" I say firmly
"I need to go back to the house to get a few things" she says
"I'll go with you and I'll meet you guys back at the house ok?" Logan asks. We all nod
"Thank you Logan" I say
"Thank you" Lindsay says as we all walk out of the police station together going our separate ways. A few hours later I am released from the hospital after I have been given the all clear. When we arrive home everyone is there Luke, Sookie, Mia, my dad, my grandparents, Tristan's parents, his grandfather, Logan's parents, his grandfather, Colin's Dad, Finns parents and even Honor and Josh. As I walk in they all get a good look at me and gasps. All the woman rush to my side.
"Get her some water" Francine states
"Sit down" Shira demands
"We need a blanket" Amelia, Finns mom says
"We need pillows" Emily adds. I try to stifle my laughter as all the men are shocked that the woman went into high gear to take care of me.
"How are you?" Strobe asks me
"What happened?" Janlan questions
"What are your injuries sweetheart?" Marcus asks
"Is he locked up?" Mitchum growls
"Jeez guys cool it" Tristan says trying to lighten the mood a little
"One question at a time" Logan says as him and Lindsay walk downstairs from where he was helping her settle in.
"Don't overwhelm her" Finn says protectively as he wraps an arm around my shoulder and I snuggle into his warmth and safety
"How are you feeling?" Lindsay asks as she sits down on the other side of me.
"I'm sore but I'll heal" I tell them as they all nod "To answer your questions Andrew can you be Lindsay's lawyer to help her with her divorce from Dean?" I ask sickly sweetly
"I would love to, take him for all he's worth for you darling" Andrew states
"Now yes he's in jail that I know of, my injuries are bruised ribs I needed stitches for the cut to my lip and just some swelling from when he hit me and busted my lip " I ranted then proceeded to tell them how it all happened.
"How dare he?" Strobe bellows out in anger.
"He's still stalking you then?" Grandpa Richard asks
"He hurt my baby" Eli adds
" Who does he" and before Mitchum can finish his sentence my phone rings.
"Hello" ......
"Yes this she".......
"When"....
"Do you know who?".....
"Yes I know her."...... 
"Ok thank you for calling, have a good night" I look up panic all over my face
"Andrew we need restraining orders for Lindsay an myself ASAP" I say frantically
"What happened?" Mitchum asks
"He's out on bail" I say firmly but slightly shaken as I cling to Finn even more
"I'll get right on that and have a judge come over and sign it right away and have him served first thing tomorrow" Andrew says walking out of the room with his cell phone in hand to start making his calls.
"Who bailed him out?" dad asks I shake my head, I couldn't believe who bailed him out.
"You will never believe who it is, I can't even believe it" I say sadly
"Who?" They all ask at once. I just look at them shake my head
"Lorelei" I say with distaste
"What?" They all shout
"She bailed Dean out?" Lindsay asks me I nod.
"How could she?" dad asks me
"I swear I don't know what goes through her mind" Emily states. When Emily makes that statement, Andrew walks back in. I suddenly get an idea
"I have an idea" I say
"What is it luv?" Finn asks me as he holds me tightly
"Here's my plan, have Andrew have paperwork drawn up saying that I can look at her medical records, have her sign it and we can figure out what the hell is going on with her." I say to them
"How will you get her to sign it without looking at what it is?" Finnegan asks me
"Sookie, does mom ever read over the stuff for the inn or does she just sign it?" I ask her trying to prove my point.
"She just signs it, never reads it just trusts what people say it is" Sookie says
"We slip it into the paperwork she needs to sign for the inn and then we have it and start finding out more about her and why she is doing the things she is doing" I say. That night we all went our separate ways Finn carried me to bed as he didn't want me to over exert myself while healing. A few days later Sookie calls me and tells me that she has the paper signed so we decide to meet for lunch so I can get it and so we can catch up. My wounds are starting to heal and my birthday is in just a few days. I decided that we should start looking into her records after my birthday. It will be a three day weekend for all of us as my party's ‪on Friday night‬ after class. ‪Saturday night‬ Finn says we're going to go  away to New York ‪till Monday‬ and come back that afternoon. He has something special planned other than my birthday and I can't wait until I see what he has planned. I never knew I could have a love like this with someone who's so amazing, caring, kind and everything else. He means the world to me, I wonder what this weekend will bring to me. As I'm thinking my cell starts to ring
"Hello" I answer
"Is this Rory Gilmore Hayden?" The man asks me
"Yes it is" I answer confused
"My name is Captain Moore, one of my officers asked me to look into why you ex got away with hurting you before" He states
"You found something?" I ask
"Yes we have an I'm sorry but I have to tell you.............."
