At the crap shack

Finn held me tighter." Love what do you remember?" He asks me.

" It's all fuzzy but I had a dream, mom had dvd's that she hid I don't know where but one time I grabbed one thinking it was a movie and she flipped out that's all I can remember." I tell him

" Do you think it's at the house?" he asks

" I don't know maybe?" I answer him. We lay back down thinking of what was discussed and fall asleep in each others arms. We left the next morning to head home and I told Finn that I was gonna go to the house and see if I remember anything else and I needed to do it alone. He said he was ok with that but they would all be in the area if I needed them. We drove to Stars Hollow and they dropped me off at the crap shack. I unlock the door and think of all the good and bad that's happened here and tears start streaming down my face. The pain and sorrow I received here. A lot of happy memories to waking up to Luke banging and fixing something.

"Oh my god" I say to myself as I bolt out of the house and run to Luke's as fast as possible. I run into the door the bell dings and everyone looks at me. Luke looks up

"Rory what's wrong? Are you ok?" Luke asks. Out of breath" Luke big question please remember" I say

" What is it?" Luke asked concerned

" Do you remember when mom flipped when you fixed that floor board?" I asked. He looks lost in thought then realization hit him.

" Yeah I do" he says. I immediately go behind the counter grab him and drag him out the door.

" Rory what's going on?" He asks

" Think about it why would mom flip out over you fixing stuff, she never did before" I tell him. He thinks about it.

" You don't think?" Luke asks shocked

" I do think, now move it we need to find it" I say. We rush to the house immediately and Finn and the others are chasing behind us. Once we get to the house we look for it but stop.

" What the hell is going on?" Paris asks.

" As I was looking around and thinking of all the good and bad that happened here" I start to say but Paris interrupts me.

" That doesn't explain what's going on" Paris states trying to get straight to the point

" Can I finish?" I ask

" Yes" she says in a low voice.

" Anyways I was thinking about all the times Luke came and fixed things and mom never had a issue until she flipped when he fixed a floor board." I say.

" What's so important about fixing a floor board?" Logan asks

" Think about it?" I tell them. I see recognition in some faces except Logan, Honor and Robert. I sigh

" If you want to hide something and have easy access to it you can but if someone fixes it you can't gain easy access to it then can you?" I say

" So you think she has something hidden here?" Honor asks.

" Yeah ask Lane she used to hide stuff under floor boards all the time but if Luke accidentally fixed it she wouldn't flip like mom did. She would just break it again." I say

" Your thinking because she flipped something was hidden?" Robert asks

" Yup and we're gonna find it?" I say, I turn to Luke.

" Do you remember where you fixed it?" I ask him. He thinks for a minute or two.

" It's was somewhere upstairs but I don't remember exactly." Luke says. I ponder what he says thinking about what to do.

" Ok we're all gonna look at the floor boards see if any have been messed with or anything we'll search the entire upstairs closets, hallway, everything. I take my mom's sewing room, Finn and Tristan help me."

" Are you ok mare?" Tristan asks worried.

"No Tris I'm not, being here I'm starting to remember somethings especially one incident but I apparently blocked it out or was in denial or something." I tell him

" What is it love?" Finn asks

" Tris remember when you were being sent away and I got your father to keep you here?" I ask him

" Yeah why do you ask?" Tristan says.

" That's the night I broke up with Dean" I say

" Mare what do you mean? I thought you broke up after that." Tris asks me.

" No Tris, I love you" I say before I can finish Finn cuts me off.

" WHAT??!!!" Finn yells his expression has panic written all over it. Tristan and I laugh.

" Finn not like that man" Tris says and he looks confused.

" Finn when I saved Tristan from being sent away there was never any romantic feelings like that." I say but was cut off by Tristan.

" I thought there was, but a few weeks before I got sent away I realized it was more like a sister" Tris says.

" Exactly that way Tris and I loved each other even back then the way he treated me even though is wasn't romantic made me realize that my relationship with Dean wasn't normal. So that night I broke up with him and went to Tristan house to sleep over and talk to his dad. His dad brought me here to get clothes for the weekend and I saw her." I say with a tear running down my cheek.

" Mare what did you see?" Tris asks

" I saw them together" I say, they looked shocked and in the hallway we hear a few

" What the hell" I tell them all its true. We all shake our heads and get back to our tasks. I walk to the closet and in the corner is one on mom's mannequins. I thought was weird she never kept it in the closet. I ask the guys to move it out of the closet and they do. I start feeling the boards til one moves a little. I walk to her desk and grab a letter opener. I pry the floor board out and look inside and I'm in utter shock

"Oh My God" I say

"WHAT?!" Finn and Tristan say in unison
