Hayden POV

One week.

One fucking week.

That was the last time I saw Tessa. No one has heard from her. It's like she's not even on the planet anymore. John has been dead. I killed him, but apparently I was possessed. I'm out of cigarettes and we are getting no closer to finding Tess.

I miss those violet eyes starring at me waiting for me to kiss her. We left off on a bad note. I know she's not dead. If she was dead I would have this gut feeling. If she was dead I would know.

There was a knock on my door and when I didn't answer they walked in anyways. It was Kyle probably the last person I wanted to talk to.

"Hayden your dad needs to talk to you."He told me I rolled over on me side. I could hear him approach my bed.

"Can't it wait?" I groaned.

"No it's about the hearing."

Tessa POV

I stumbled over my heels and feel but Calvin caught me. I kissed him hard on the mouth. He was so beautiful.

I woke up with a giant headache. I don't know what I drank last night. Calvin and I have been going to different clubs every night. We've been meeting lots of new people and my grandma has popped up every now and then but she hasn't tried to say anything again.

"Come on I want to show you somthing." Calvin handed me my outfit for the day. We walked this time instead of teleporting.

My mind wandered to Hayden. You know what I don't miss him. It's been a week and I've been happy so far. I'm just glad I don't have to deal with him. I do hope that his shoulder healed though I bit a pretty good chunk out if him.

I had actually wanted to shift for a while now but since I'm supposed to be human so I can't. My wolf was dying but I was drunk most of the time anyways.

"Penny for your thoughts?" Calvin asked me while he took my hand and kissed my knuckles.

"I wish I could shift." Calvin stiffened in my grasp. But we continued walking to the club, the one we first went to in the 4th degree.

"Don't worry I'm not going to." I reassured him.

"No, no it's not that." We got to the club and they let us in right away.

"Then what is it?" I asked him but he just kept scanning the crowd. "Calvin." I said but he took off.

"I have to go do something." His voice found his way to me through the loud music just like before.

I turned around and grabbed up a purple drink, this one was a special magic. It made you feel so calm or maybe that was the green one, this one could be the one that makes you feel elighted. I was told that means all your sense are extremely sharp. I quickly downed the drink not really caring to remember which one was which.

After the drink slid down my throat a pair of arm wrapped around my waist. I leaned into them. Calvin was back fast.

"Just couldn't say away from me co...." I turned around to come face to face with John.

"No Tess I couldn't. "He smiled amd leaned into my lips. His kissed me softly and pulled back.

"What are you doing here I thought you were shot?" I looked up at him.
