;Revolt;
Flashback! This takes place the day Tyler was arrested just like the prologue (that part will be skipped) this will probably be my favorite chapter just because im loving how it's turning out so far, I hope you guys like it too.
It was the day that could spark something new. Tyler Joseph, only 14 years old planned a protect against the king, hoping for his ruling to be over. He secretly sent out messages to anyone who agreed to his belief, his...revolution. He woke up and instantly his chest was fluttering with multiple emotions at once, it was exhilarating.
A knock was heard on the door and there it opened to a sheepish young Jenna Black, her piercing blue eyes filled with uncertainty. Tyler assumed it was from whether or not the protest was going to be successful, at least that's what he hoped.
"A-are you ready babe?" She asks shyly, leaning against the door frame. She was looking down, her face heating up from her boyfriend laying in bed, shirtless.
"Yeah, Love. I'll be right out." He smiles. Jenna nods and turns around, walking downstairs. Tyler couldn't help but stare at her wings that rested well against her, the bright whiteness capturing him dearly. Tyler finally climbed out of bed, throwing on a random pink hoodie, finally he decided to let his wings out to stretch. After a very short moment of concentration, his wings slipped out of two slits on his back, popping out the matching slits of his hoodie.
He threw his hoodie up and picked up the picket sign that leaned against his dresser and walked downstairs and saw his girlfriend in sweats with a hoodie like him. The two wanted to keep low profile, and make them harder to spot in the crowd.
"Ready?" He asks softly, knowing the state Jenna was in. She nods, humming lightly. Instantly, the brunette rests his head against the soft skin of her forehead. He mummers a spell and a soft green glow surrounds the female angel, a protection spell. The glow fades and Tyler instantly feels the small drain. Only being 14, simple spells like those tired him out easily, but he he had to make sure his girlfriend was protected. Even if it meant he wasn't able to protect himself.
Jenna wasn't allowed to use her abilities yet, not until she reached 18. Her parents didn't want her to cause any trouble. So Tyler made it his duty to make sure not even a scratch touched his love.
The two held hands as they stepped out the door, they walked into a quiet part of the town down an alley that most people didn't know existed. Tyler felt shakiness but he didn't know if it was his own or Jenna's. What if no one showed up?
As they walked deeper in the darkness of the alley, Tyler spotted shadows of many people. He jerked his wings back and forth in a quick motion and instantly they lit up, emitting a glow bright enough to reveal faces.
The more he looked around, the closer he was to tears of joy. At least 200 angels were gathered with signs, chatting quietly. They all looked at him when they saw the sudden light, recognizing the young boy.
"You must be the troublesome boy the press goes on about." A young woman spoke. Tyler nodded sheepishly.
"You've inspired all of us in so many ways." The woman continued, reaching out to hold the hand of the young teenager in front of her.
"We trust that this will go down in history. Lead us on, boy." She smiled proudly. The familiar rush shook the nerves of the young brunette, and smiled mischievously.
"Alright everyone! For the first time in this place's history, we will speak out about the villainous tyrant! I'm done hiding in fear when my opinions differ than his and I bet you all are too!" He cheered, instantly the crowd cheered and clapped.
"Lets go make history!" He yelled, and the crowd dispersed from the alley, all yelling and throwing their picket signs high up in the air. Tyler chanted on, excitingly pulling along his beautiful blonde.
"T-Tyler?" She pulled his arm to get his attention, he looked down at his girlfriend in concern.
"I-I forgot my sign, I'm gonna go quickly fly to go get it, alright?" She spoke more certainly. Tyler smiled kindly and nodded, knowing she'd be protected.
Tyler decided to join the people flying in the air who were protesting and spread his wings, flying upwards freely.
Finally this was happening, he felt nervous, excited, exhilarated and a happiness he hasn't felt in a long time. He was making a difference, Tyler Joseph, a 14 year old was making history. The proud angel flew in loops chanting and waving him sign, faces of all the protesters smiling admiringly at the boy.
"We will not stand for this!" He yelled.
"We have a voice, We matter!" He kept on, the crowd following along. Closer, the mob walked to the castle of the king, the adrenaline rush sparking in almost everyone. They knew guards would come soon, but everyone was prepared and willing to face it.
Tyler knew he wasn't the only one to feel this way, but he didn't know he could influence this large variety of angels. It stunned him and brought a full joy in his chest that he couldn't explain. He was born for this, born to make change.
He looked ahead at the castle coming into view, and also spotted guards flying at them. He furrowed his brows confusingly, expecting them to come much later. He hoped that they wouldn't find out until they were much closer to the king's castle. Panic struck the teen boy and he immediately shouted at the crowd below him and flying with him.
"Guards are coming! Protected yourself! Shield any kids that are with you! This could get very rough!" He shouted at the top of his lungs. People started mumbling protection spells to the young ones of the crowd and casting shield spells all around, bracing for impact.
Tyler was vulnerable, he was too weak to cast a spell for himself, he used his strength on Jenna.
His hood had fallen during his flight, the happy buzz making him oblivious to it. He kept flying foreword until he was tackled mid-air, guards roughly pulled the angel along, hand cuffs around his wrist. Tyler was fighting, but the guards fought back to keep him at ease, ignoring the fact he was only 14. They brought him back to ground, pulling him towards the entrance of the castle. He met eyes with Jenna as he was dragged on, still confused as to how the guards knew what was coming.

Josh didn't why the his neighbor was quick to gift him with his pink hoodie, it was lovely and soft. He twirled around in front of his mirror, changing into a skirt to brighten his mood. He smiled slightly, the smell of dinner also making him slightly happier. He didn't expect seeing the girlfriend of someone he was secretly crushing on, he didn't know it'd hurt this much either.
Still, he wasn't ready for anything new so for now he'd shrug it off. He planned the day to be for himself, he already took a relaxing bath and now he's dressing in his favorite skirt. Later he decided to put on a face mask and paint his nails. He turned around to see how the skirt made his bum took and furrowed his eyes brows in confusion.
He slipped off the hoodie and noticed two slits in the back of it, both the same size perfectly centered on the back. He didn't remember seeing it before but it must have already been there because the hoodie was safe in his drawers.
"Josh! Time for dinner!" His sister yelled, snapping him out of his thoughts. He slipped the hoodie back on, not caring of the two cuts for now.
But maybe later, he'll ask Tyler.
