Ouch.
I groaned, bending over to adjust the really low black heels I was wearing.
Everything was too tight on me. The back of the heels were digging into my achilles and the belt of my skirt zipper was jabbing into the side of my waist, I could already imagine the pink marks on my skin.
My clothing was simple for others, but nice for me. I already told you my skirt, it was my black inch-below-the-knee skirt. It was a little tight on my legs but I guess that's attractive this year. And I told you about the painful heels, even though the heels them self were stubs.
And my shirt.. My shirt was my nicest, and exposing one yet. It was a black, long sleeved, cone-down slit with crossed.. I can't even explain it, it just showed a little cleavage, that's all.
My clothes were sophisticated, yet sexy. Maybe too mature for my age, but I can't have people mistaking me for a childish girl, right?.. Especially if I'm out with an adult. Barely an adult.
Why did I even bring such nice clothes?? It's just Jin.
"Woah, Noona, you look pretty.." Jungkook smiled widely, admiring my clothes.
"Thanks." I bowed my head a split second then began pulling two strands of hair to the back of my head for an elf-like hairstyle.
"So, who is it?" He asked, preying onto me like a child.
"Who is who?" I asked, tying the two strands together with a thin ponytail holder.
"The person you're going on a date with... Is it Hoseok??" He gasped.
"What?? Ew, no." I snorted.
"..Oh.. It must be Jiminie, right?" He wriggled his eyes at my height.
"No, no... It's not a date, by the way." I frowned.
"It's Jin." Jungkook instantly replied.
My mouth hung agape, until I closed it and returned to my straight face, "It's not a date."
"Finally the day has come where you guys would just sleep together, sheesh."
"JUNGKOOK!" I gasped, other students looking over at the commotion I caused.
"..Sorry.." He smirked.
"You're an evil maknae, aren't you?" I glared, pursing my lips and folding my hands together before walking off.
"That I am." He giggled from behind me in his sneering tone.
.
"Iyagi-" Jin turned around, pausing his sentence as he stared at me with dried eyes.
"Stop staring at me, I'm hungry." I said after a few moments.
I don't like getting stared down, it makes me feel focused on. Like creepily focused on. Stalkish way.
Jin nodded and stood still at the bottom of the stairs in front of the highschool, waiting for me to come down the steps, holding my bag in one hand and my orange purse in the other. It wasn't a fancy purse, let me tell you, it was quite worn out.
"Here." Jin offered to take my bag and purse, I nodded and took my time to get into the car while he put my bag into the back seat then circled the car to get into the driver's seat.
"Congratulations." He said once he buckled himself in.
"Thank you." I smiled at him, getting comfy in the warm leather.
"Sure." He nodded, starting the car's engine.
There was the drive. The sun's heat warmed me up in Jin's fancy car. Jin seemed very focused on the road but also side-tracked with thoughts. He seemed nervous the way he was constantly tapping his index finger on the steering wheel though. I was kinda worried but I knew he'd tell me if something was really wrong.
At some point, we arrived at a restaurant with a great exterior design around a long 20 minutes later.
"Pretty expensive looking.." I pointed out to Jin.
"What? Yeah, sorry if it's not your type.. I just want you to celebrate your graduation in the best way possible. I'll pay, of course." He smiled widely, his plump lips spreading into a half-mandarin shape. It was attractive, I won't lie. I can't lie.
"Come." He pat my lower back and encouraged me to the entrance.
I slipped my small hand into his hand, taking him by surprise. Jin turned only halfway, staring at our hands wrapped around each other in a baffled expression.
"Calm down." I chuckled, swaying our arms back and forth as I continued walking, him now following behind me until we were at the same pace again.
"Is this cliché enough for you?" I teased, naturally caressing the top of his hand with my thumb.
He hummed. It was an odd hum, I was unsure whether or not he was uncomfortable but by the way his cheeks were bright pink, I'd guess he was pleased or just clustered in dirty thoughts. Boys will be boys, I can't help that I guess.
"For two?" The woman at the front desk asked, Jin nodded as if he had a lump in his throat that prevented him from speaking.
"Okay, this way." She smiled warmly to us before leading us to our small, cute table.
"I'll be back with questions for appetizers and drinks before you two are ready to order." We nodded before she walked off.
"Hmm~" I hummed, lifting the menu to go through it.
"Iyagi---- Why did you hold my hand?" Jin stuttered, blinking over himself before looking up at me from the empty table.
"This is a date, isn't it?" I asked.
Boom. I did it. I lied to the boys and lied to myself before! There you go, I told the truth. Are you happy?.... Okay, that feels nice to get off my chest, but what worries me is that I might actually be wrong.
"..Well." He paused intensely, staring at my face in thought.
I grew uncomfortable, adjusting in my seat while I waited for an answer. Even after clearing my throat it took him a moment to finally spurt out his answer.
"Y-Yes. Yeah, it is." He nodded, licking his lips.
"Cool. Looks like we'll be here for a bit since I'm kinda starving." Jin nodded once more, "Where else are we going afterwards?"
Jin choked on his spit, drawing attention to our table from other people.
"W-What do you mean?" His eyes were now wide, his mouth hanging open in shock from what I'd just said.
"Well, I mean if it's a date, then we should go more places than just a restaurant, don't you think?" I sighed at the exhausting thought.
"You want to go more places?" Jin asked with a small smile.
I nodded.
"Sorry, I didn't think of anything yet.." He gulped, running his fingers through his hair.
"It's fine. Think while we eat." I shrugged, setting down my menu as the waitress started approaching our table.
