제4장:

My eyelids opened to the noise of a doorbell. I yelled in frustration, getting up from my huge plush black bean bag to stomp out my room.

"What?" I opened the door, not knowing who it is as I said that.

"Uh... It's me, your neighb--" I slammed the door on the person.

It was that guy from across my window. The guy's window is legit 10 feet away from mine. He looked like any other annoying Korean. Black hair, styled so his forehead was visible. Classic boyfriend style every girl drools over, too. Basic.

Suddenly, the doorbell started ringing repeatedly. My ears were just pulsing at the annoying noise. I sprung the door open and snapped at him, "What do you want, pervert??"

"I'm your neighbor!"

"I know, you said that just now, and when you were looking into my window."

"I'm sorry," He bowed fully, "I just wanted to make friends."

"Make friends by looking. Into. My window?"

"I didn't think you'd be that upset by it.." He sighed, his smile dying down as he looked down at his feet.

"...Just come inside." I squinted my eyes at him, moving aside so he couldn't come in.

His face lit up once again, then he hopped inside, running around my living room immediately.

"Yah! Act normal, will you?"

"Sorry. It's just so nice in here~ I've always wanted to know what it's like in here." He smiled widely at me, two curves on his upper lip that reminded me somewhat of a popular shape.

"Ah, seriously. You're getting dirt on the floor." I groaned, slouching over to the couch.

"What's your name?" The guy smiled at me, sitting on the opposite side of the couch.

I got comfortable, spread out on the couch with my head resting on the arm of the couch as I sighed.

"Seo Iyagi..."

"Cool! I'm Jung Hoseok." He held out his hand.

I stared at it blankly then blinked at him. He nodded his head in encouragement until I shook his hand.

"How old are you?" He asked.

"I'm a '94 liner." I yawned.

"Really?! Me too!" He laughed loudly.

"Wow. That's grand." I nodded my head in 'amusement'.

"Don't you smile?" He frowned, tilting his head.

"What?"

"SMILE?"

"Hurts my face." I raised an eyebrow at him.

"Are you--- Okay... Can I see your room?" He bit onto his lower lip and wriggled his eyebrows.

"You can go home now." I glared.

"I'm just kidding!! Wanna go get a movie?"

"You are moving WAY to quick, man."

"No, no, like a welcome-to-the-neighborhood way." He blushed.

"You're blushing. And fine, I guess. I have nothing else to do." He pressed his hands to his cheek and chuckled awkwardly, nodding.

"When do we go?" I asked.

"How about tonight at.. 9?"

"Yeesh~..." I hissed, "Little late, you think?"

"You got school or something?" He teased.
