Kapitel Zweiundzwanzig

Chapter 22...

Kelly's POV...

"You ready to jump luv?", he whispered in my ears. I nodded, I held him tight so I don't fall off when we jump.

Then something hit the chopper and I lost balance and slipped off the edge of the chopper. Everything immediately went into slow motion, I tried to reach for the chopper but I knew I could not, I could see the horror in Kaden's eyes as I watched him watch me fall to my death.

I looked at Kaden until the chopper spiraled out of sight. "You're not dying hear salter", I whispered to myself.

Thankfully, a building was close to were I fell from, so I put my feet under me so I was upright, I stretched my feet so my toes would land first. After about 1.6 seconds, my toes touched the top of the building and I quickly put the rest of my feet down and rolled forward on my shoulder, I got back on my feet but I stumbled, so I did the safety roll again and got back in my feet and ran towards where the chopper crashed. I saw that they were all safe on the ground. I breathed a sigh of relief.

Then I saw people walking on the top of other buildings, they were all in black SWAT suits, they pointed their guns at my friends, some jumped off the buildings with the help of grappling hooks.

They all guarded Cami's unconscious body, one of them walked forward and removed his mask, he was tall, with a muscular body, not overly muscular, just defined.

"Hey!", I heard a voice call sharply from behind me and I froze. "Drop your weapons", I turned around and saw one of them, the SWAT, with a gun pointed at me.

"You one of them?", he nodded his head towards my friends. I smirked at him and slowly walked closer, "am I?", my smirk disappeared immediately. "I mean, I may just be a passerby ready to steal their weapons"

"Come with me", he stepped aside and allowed me to walk forward, I obliged without hesitation, "sure thing", I said after I passed him, his gun was still trained on me.

Kelly you have to think of something, I thought to myself.

I got to the door leading downstairs, "shit!", I stumbled back on purpose and stayed on his right side. "What is-"

"Shh", I cut him off, "Antercid".

He pointed his gun at the door, "don't worry I got this"

I smirk but he doesn't see me, "no you don't"

"What?", I held the barrel of his gun with my left hand and pushed it down, then I hit his face with my elbow and collected his gun from him, then pointed it at him.

He rose his hands in surrender, "please", he begged going down on his knees.

"Who are you and why are you wearing the SWAT uniform?", I started my interrogation.

He removed his mask and helmet, he looked young, really young, like in my age range, he had short dark brown hair, blue eyes, "I'm Mason Sanders of the White Tiger Clan", he pointed at the tiger logo I didn't notice on his uniform, "we wear the SWAT uniform because, well, we protect people from Antercids and that's what the SWAT do"

"Why did your clan attack us?", I asked again.

"Because you have someone we want"

I thought about who it was and it was quite obvious who they want, "Cami? Why?".

"Why not? She's one of the greatest fighters and we need her"

"Why not just ask us to be your Allies?", I started to get annoyed.

"Because that's not what the boss wants"

"Who's the boss?"

"I don't know"

That made me loose it, this guy has no reason to be lying to me, I walk closer to him and put the barrel on his head, "who the fuck is the boss?", I say more aggressively.

"I s-swear I-I don't know, we call her the W-White Tiger, but know one b-but the commander knows who she actually i-is", he stuttered in fear.

"Who's the commander?"

"Sniper building 5, we're ready to move, over", a voice came in from the walking-talkie on his belt.

"Answer it", I command and took a few steps backwards.

"Roger that, I'll be on my way, over", he replied, then returned the walkie-talkie back where it was.

He looked at me pleadingly, but I know that there's no way I was letting him out of here, I nodded, then removed the clip from the gun and emptied it, then returned the gun to him.

"Who's the commander?", I ask again.

"Will... we don't know his last name but we know he was in the LAX survival base", my eyes widened. "It can't be, he's dead", I said trying to convince him, but I'm really just trying to convince myself.

"Well the Commander says he's that Will so...", he trailed off.

"Where are you guys taking them?", I asked calmly.

He eyed me carefully, "to the north police precinct".

I nodded, then turned around to go get my guns that Mason had me drop. Then I pause, I could feel he was still standing there, "what?"

"I could help you get into the precinct"

I turn around to look at him, "and why would you do that?"

"Because you spared my life", he replied simply.

I raised an eyebrow, "what's in it for you?"

"After I help you guys escape, I'll join your team, of course, that's if you let me", his sported a small smile, "if they find out I'm dead, so I'm better off with you"

With me? Did he mean with me or with the team? "First of all, I don't call the shots in the team, second, you might end up dead either ways because Cami doesn't trust people that easy"

"I'll also help you guys get a few of the immunity drugs"

That piqued my interest, "immunity drugs?"

"When it's injected into your system, Antercids won't attack you, they won't even know you're there, lasts only 12 hours"

"Hmm", I hum while rubbing my chin, "I'm still don't call the shots but if you do that, I can try and convince her"

"Deal", he said quickly, too quickly which raised my suspicions again, I narrowed my eyes.

"I'm sorry, I'm just too happy at the opportunity I have to get out of that place", he explained.

I nodded, but my suspicions weren't going away until he fulfills his part of the deal. I don't even know what Cami's going to do to him. I also should be worrying about how I'm going to fulfill my part of the deal. Cami's my best friend, she should listen to me sometimes right? Hopefully she does.

Let's just hope for the best.

Kelly's alive!!! Yayyy, tbh she's actually my third best charter after Cami and Allison :D And yeah I changed Kelly from Debbie Ryan to Emilia Clarke.
