Chapter 7

The next morning I woke up to the amazing smell of pancakes, but not just any pancakes blueberry pancakes. I jumped up and in my wolf form ran over to zoey who was now making my medicine.
"Oh hey (Y/n) it seems that your doing better." She said as she put my pancakes and the medicine in two separate food bowls and I wolfed them down. "Since your doing better care to come with me to the market to stretch your legs?" I nodded and yipped. "Ok But I'll need to call you by (N/n) for the time being." I nodded and we both headed out to the market. As we walked over I heard glass shattering and a couple male and female screams followed by barks and howls. I ran over and I saw Lucinda surrounded by a pack of mad wolves and she was picking up broken glass. I saw one wolf with light blue eyes walk over to me. Something about his sent seamed familiar.
'Let me guess Lucinda dropped a potion and turned you guys into wolves?' I barked while smirking.
'Ya, Well it seems like your doing better.' The male wolf said. 'Since I can finally understand you what's your name?'
'Y-N/n, (N/n). And you.'
'Laurence....' he huffed glaring at the witch as I rolled on my back laughing.
'So since your new to the fur, want me to show ya how to actually live?' I asked as I jumped onto some boxes standing tall on my fours.
'Sure might as well till this potion wares off.'
I howl telling zoey I will be back in a bit.
'let's go!' I say as I run outside of the gates.
'Were are we going?'
'You'll see!!' I say as I sniff the air. Found it. I run straight for a cave. 'Be careful don't want you falling in a hole.'
'Hey you fell in first!'
'In my defense I was hiding from you cause i dont know, your a shadow knight. And ya never told me.' I mumbled the last part.
'What?'
'Nothing!! Let's go!!' I said as he followed me till we made it to a fairy town that was underground.
'Wow.. What is this place.'
'It's the home of the wanderer fairies, they find one place then they move to another.' The place was lit by glowing crystals and there was glass underneath our feet and a small pond feed by a waterfall.
'Cool right!' I said as I jumped around and a fairy landed on my fur. She led me to the village where the fairies laughed and gave me a flower necklace. Some bowed in my presence. They pointed to Laurence and pointed to me. The little fairies flew around us like they had never seen a wolf before. They pushed me near the water I saw my reflection, a wolf didn't look back at me an Emthian did. A monster... I pawed at the water as Laurence walked next to me with a smirk. 'What are you thinking. I said as I backed up near the edge of the water as he used one of his paws to push me in. I went under water and I saw him panicking and when the time was right I launched out of the water, grabbed him by his fur and pulled him in.
'Hey! It takes a wile to dry this ya know.'
'Oh really, this is your first time being a wolf how would you know?' I laughed as I splashed water on him.
We had a water fight and afterwards I shook the water off my fur said goodbye to the fairy town and we walked out of the cave and walked back and as the light set upon the village Laurence turned back to his human self. I looked down at my paws. As I felt something warm pet my head. As we then walked back to the market. He then smiled and waved as he walked back to the guard tower, and I walked back to zoey's place. I pawed at the door as KC opened it with a smile and zoey was inside making more remedies. KC and I talked about what happened at the market and the fairy village. Then I fell asleep on the little doggie bed that zoey had bought for me. 'If only...'
