Love Me Again (On Going Revisions)

Chapter 21

It was almost seven in the evening when Marian woke up dioriented trying to remember where she was. She tried to reach for her phone on the side table and shook her head when she realized it was already dark outside. She's very tired since morning and this was her longest nap.

"Nasaan na kaya si Gab?" She thought. "Was he able to rest too?" She's a bit worried because he wasn't had enough rest for the past days. Marian hurriedly stood up pacing her way to the bathroom to take a quick shower. She almost forgot their family dinner.

Gabriel who has been occupied after they got home was finally home. He's driving along with the kids at the mall who hang out with their friends. His mom also requested him to buy some stuffs in the supermarket. Gia asked him to drive her to visit their in laws. In short he's the all around driver for a day.

Gabriel headed directly to the kitchen to drink a cold water. He's sweating hard. "Woah! Finally." He murmured and leaned his back beside the counter wall.

"Mukhang pagod na pagod kayo Sir ah." The housemaid asked, he took his seat.

"Yeah! Ginawa akong driver ng buong bayan."

"Oo nga pala manang, pakibigay nalang tong resibo kay Mommy sa labas mag papahinga lang ako sandali sa taas at gabi na rin eh."

"Sige po sir. "

"Si Maam mo Marian ba bumaba na?"

"Ah! Hindi pa po Sir eh. Baka tulog pa."

"Baka nga, sige Salamat."

Gabriel stood up when he felt weird, he breathe in and massage his temple. He felt unusual heaviness on his body. He crease his forehead when he felt pain on his chest. Then when he blink his eyes it seems like the world turned upside down. He hold a grip on the sink and reach again for the glass of water. He leaned his back on the counter wall to rest his head then taking his seat. He's suffering a hypertension for weeks and it's getting worst. He feels his body hot. He rested for a while and when he felt a little bit better he hurriedly went upstairs to take a cold shower.

He get in the room and headed directly to the bathroom but few more steps to reach the doorknob, Gabriel's sight black out and his body fell on the floor. A loud sound of a huge thing bang inside the room that made Marian hurriedly checked from the bathroom. Marian opened the door.

Suddenly alert, she immediately step forward and was shock when she found out the unconscious Gabriel lying on the floor. Almost had a heart attack, she panic and don't know what to do. Wearing only a robe Marian kneeled and held his head above her legs.

"Gabriel?" She called him. " Gab ano ang nangyayari?"  slightly slapping his face. She feels nervous.

"Gabriel Kung Nantitrip ka Hindi to Magandang biro. Wake up Gabriel." She utter loudly. But when she realize that he doesn't respond at all. Marian shouted for help. "Help!Mommy Dad! Si Gabriel."

"Anong nangyari?" Mommy Gina rushing inside asked her.

"May narinig lang akong parang bumagsak dito sa loob then I checked out. Tapos Pag labas ko ng banyo nakabulagta na po siya dito sa sahig. Mommy Hindi ko po alam kung ano ang nangyayari." She explained.

"Paaaa?" Cassandra shout upon entering the room. "Jusko..Hindi to pwede." She cried covering her mouth.

"Bakit? "Marian frowned. " Anong Hindi pwede? Ano ang nangyayari sa Papa mo?"

" We need to bring Papa to the hospital right now." Carmina added.

"Anong?"

"Bilisan natin we need to bring him now."
