Gabriel fell asleep for more than an hour already. When he woke up, he study the area and found out it was already past 7 in the evening. The room is quiet. He stood up and walk to the glass window inline with their mini living room. He took his glance outside, the rain is still heavy and the road is in silent from the blowing horns and noisy engines. He heaves a sigh and shift His glance to the room when his stomach growled.

He went back to to the couch, but as soon as he passed by the closed door, he attempted to knock on it. But he backed out. "Baka nakatulog" He said in his mind.

After a while, when he felt that he's been waiting in vain. Gabriel decided to knocked on her door.

"Yan!" He called her.

"Why?" She replied quickly.

"Just checking." Marian open the door.

"Kakagising ko lang from a short nap. Bakit may kailangan ka?" She asked.

"Wala naman." He took a glance on his wrist watch. "Hindi kapa ba nagugutom? It is already past seven." He answered.

She got her sight back inside the room and looked up to him. He frazzled and gulped.

"I checked the fridge wala naman tayong makakain dito. And absolutely hindi naman tayo makapag padeliver ng food since stranded and mga tao sa labas." She stated.

"Kung okay lang sayo we can go down. May pagkain sa baba. May buffet dun."

"Okay sige, mauna kana lumabas I'll finish something lang."

Gabriel give her a nod and leave her heading his way outside. "Okay sige sunod ka ha."

"Hi Sir Gab! Long time no see ah." One of the staff greeted him when he approach the doorway of the restaurant.

"Hi!" He replied with a smile.

"Saan na yung maganda mong kasama kanina Sir? Huwag mong sabihin..." He asked playing his brows.

"Ah! Mommy ni Cassandra yun. Asawa ko."

"Ano po ang pangalan niya Sir?"

"Marian! Marian Fontanilla."

"Kaya pala ang ganda ni maam Cassy Mana sa Nanay." He gave him a salacious smile. "Infairness Sir Gab bagay kayo." He added.

"Loko! Sige na salamat. Please reserve us a table for two." He replied.

"Okay! Sir. Dito po tayo"

He followed him and took his seat. He closed his eyes as thoughts of her filled his mind. When was the last time they went out for a dinner date? He can't even remember those time because it's been so long already.

Gabriel can't keep his smile for that thought as he fished his phone in his pocket. He saw a viber message from Andrea together with a selfie of her and Vin. They were so cute and silly. Which made him beam a smile every time he saw their wacky faces. The little boy's sweet gestures captured his heart.

"Someone is making you smile ha!" He heard a voice of a woman at his back. This made him stand and took a few steps backward. He frowned facing her.

"Monica?" He retorted. "Anong ginagawa mo dito?"

"Did you expect na magkikita tayo dito for the second time?" She asked.

"Actually no." He replied looking around. "Pero kung it happened many times sasabihin kong inistalk mo ako." He raised his eyebrows.

"Why would I do that?"

"I don't really know! Why are you here? Who's with you?" He asked again.
