Love Me Again (On Going Revisions)

Chapter 5

Marian finds herself in awe as he watch the little boy hugs Gabriel tightly with a sounding kiss on his cheeks. Gabriel carries him into his arms.

A sudden felt of unidentified emotions hovers her as she watch them and to her surprise she ask herself. Why did he calls him "Tatay?" Is he Gabriel's son? Is he?.. Many things runs out in her mind but what stuck her in is that how affectionate this two in front of her. It seems that he is the best person in the little boy's life.

By the time she blinks her eyes she see's Gabriel and Vince image. She remember her son.

They were like that a long time ago. Part of their memories flashes back as she recall during those times where she and Gabriel came home after their two days vacation. She could imagine how their little sunshine would clung into his Papa's neck not letting him go till he fell asleep. She imagined how they missed each other.

A teardrop form in her eyes, but she keep in fighting it. When She's snap by her thoughts and the little boy speaks.

"Tatay! I miss you so much." The little boy pouts as they pulled from a hug. He pokes his face, then shifts her attention to her.

Gabriel follow his gaze to Marian's direction.

"Tatay? Sino siya?" The little boy ask pointing to her direction.

Before Gabriel could replies. Marian just give him a pretty smile. The woman comes out following them from the kitchen. She's young and beautiful too.

"Hey! Vinny sabi ko sayo dahan dahan."

"Vinny?" In her thoughts

She walk closer to welcome Gabriel and pinch the little boy's cheek. She shows him her sweetest smile. "Miss mo na agad si Tatay." The little boy giggles.

"Kamusta ang byahe niyo Bud? (short for Buddy) Natraffic ba kayo?" She give him a hug. Then a kiss on his cheek. "Mukhang drained kana ah?"

"Sus Di kapa nasanay! As usual." He patted her arm.

"Tsk! Sabagay. Don't worry ako bahala later." She winks and shift her eyes to Marian.

Gabriel fake a coughs he doesn't know how to approach his ex wife and step back to Marian's spot.

"Hmmn! BTW Marian, this is Andrea, siya yung......."

"His Girlfriend." Andrea cut Gabriel's words off. "And this is Vinny our son." She smiles and stretch her arm around Gabriel's back.

"Marian right?" She ask.

"Yeah!" Marian replies abruptly.

"Okay!" Andrea mumbles and looks at Gabriel while raising her eyebrows. "Di mo ba siya ipapakilala sakin formally Bud?"

"Ahhhhmmm Yes! Andie! This is Marian the mother of my twins Sasa and Carmina." He formally introduce. "I'm sure nameet mo na siya. "

"Of course!"

Andrea give Marian a sweet smile and offers a handshake. At first Marian is hesitant on how to respond her as she is stuck with what she see's. "So Gabriel really moved on too?" In her thought.

"Nice to meet you Marian!" She compliments "Tama nga si Gab! You're so beautiful😊. No wonder ang gaganda ng mga Anak niyo."

Marian nods shyly and accepts her hand. "Me too! It's my pleasure meeting you din." She forces a smile but feels a little bit awkward while looking at them.

"Vinny! Say Hi to Tita Marian." Andrea step back inline with Gabriel. "She's Ate Sasa's Mommy."

At first the little boy is hesitant but end up waving his hand as he mouthed "Hi" and encircle his arms around Gabriel's neck.
