Tyler's limo arrived and we all got in, enjoying how lavish we felt.
Shanaya went straight to snacks, tossing me a bag of chips. "Pregnant ladies get first dibs, teehee!"
"Save some of your appetite for dinner," James told her.
"Honey, I will always have an appetite for dinner."
I opened my bag of chips with sadness. "We won't even be able to ride anything," I said, referring to Shanaya and me.
"That's why Spencer and I will be staying with you. If you can't get on any rides, then neither will we," James said, honorably sacrificing his own fun. Aww. But we can't let them do that for us.
Thankfully, Shanaya shared my thoughts. "We would never ask you guys to do that. You should go on rides."
Spencer let out a groan of happiness. "Thank goodness because there's this new ride I want to try."
James gasped with excitement. "The one that slings you over the lake and probably isn't that stable?"
"Hell yeah!"
Glad to see that they're happy with our decision.
"What if you get hurt?" Shanaya asked.
"It's fine, honey. It takes a lot to hurt me." James told her, making her roll her eyes.
"Maybe I'll stray away from the rides and stick to the games. Unless Tyty wants me with him." Jay nudged him, making Tyler glare in return.

After twenty minutes of watching cartoons on a small limo tv, we finally arrived at the fair.
"Okay guys. I'll go buy the tickets, then we'll talk about our buddy system." Tyler said before walking to the ticket booth. We didn't have to wait long since there was a short line.
When he came back, he distributed them all to us.
He stood for a while. "Well, bye!" He happily grabbed Sara's hand and they parted from us.
I was wondering why he felt the need to mention a buddy system.
James tapped Spencer's chest. "Let's go before the line takes too long." He turned to Jay. "Make sure you keep them safe." He used his alpha voice and I'm pretty sure it thumped into everyone's head.
"Relax. I'll take good care of them. Now you boys have fun."
Shanaya hopped up and down as she looked at all the pretty lights.
"Down girl," James said while chuckling at her extreme cuteness.
"I'm sorry, I'm excited!"
"It's alright. Jay, make sure she doesn't hop. I'll see you guys."
"Jay, if anything happens to them, we'll kill you. We love you, but we'll seriously kill you." My man was not afraid to make that clear.
"Got it! Y'all have fun!"
They finally left and we were able to roam the fairgrounds.
Jay looked at us and rubbed his hands together. "So... who's up for some hard drugs?"
"Jay!"
"I'm kidding!"
"Can we go to the balloon game?" Shanaya asks.
"Sure thing." He puts his arms around us and we walk over to it.
"Gonna warn you. I suck at this." I say.
