Chapter 37 Six Months Was Only An Estimate

We settled back in to our usual routine back at the UK office with Samantha teaching us all a thing or two about magic every morning. Then us teaching her how to protect herself with weapons and hand to hand self defense. This was a daily thing we got back into the minute we were settled back into our manor by the third day, it took that long to unpack our things, and fire up the computer system.

Once we were back to normal and settled back in we called a meeting for the whole staff to fill everyone in on the new threat we would be facing. When the time came, and if we needed it, the head office would come to our aide to help out. The US office was very well protected with the Enforcers and their children there for protection. Us on the other hand, we were short handed, so this is where the Protectors come in as our back up so to speak.

We know we have about six months till they invade one of our compounds at least that is what we found out from the interrogations, so with that in mind we are preparing ourselves and stocking up each compound; all three, the US, UK, and Germany. We have stocked up foods, munitions, weapons, men, and each compound has a witch to protect it from any threat of a magical kind of invasions.

We are preparing for attacks on all fronts. Not just from Werewolves or Vampire, but also from Mythical and Witches as well. This time we leave no stone unturned with them looming so close to us this time. We have no idea who is friend or foe for real. If it comes down to it, the children will be our last defense in the matter, destroying the world and everything within to end this battle once and for all, like the good book told us would happen just a bit earlier.

It is one month out from our last mission all is calm we are doing battle plan practice down in the sub-subterranean practice area of Ravenwood Manor. Earlier in the morning we had a meeting with our UK office; which was six hours ahead of our time here in the US. They were also practicing the same battle plans as us, out back of their castle in the gardens in their practice field. Samantha was helping them with their magic, as well as teaching Lady Gaia over here new magic to use against our enemy. For a 8 year old she is really smart and a really great witch with so many powers. They do all their training via telepathy between the two of them from the US to the UK. It is amazing to watch little Lady Gaia practice down in the corner by herself, so as not to hurt anyone.

We have just learned the true name or the organized group of Werwolves banned together against us They call themselves 'The Awakening' for some strange reason beyond us, but who know the reason behind the minds of the rogue werewolves that started all this and the four old Ex-High Council members as well. The traitors.

For the last month we have had two crews working night, and day building a secondary wall outside the first one about fifty feet further away to give us a further protection in the event of an attack on this compound. To be manned with guards every thirty feet along with laser weapons innumerable to mention. It is close to being finished with the exception of the gates at the driveways at the entrance. The search lights are in place as are the heat sensors and lasers to control all the weapons. Soon a molt will be dug like in the olden days around the castles then filled with water and gators to protect the inhabitants. With a drop down drawbridge as a finishing touch all so 15 century like.

The UK team may be moving back in with us at a moments notice it was deemed by the High Council do to new intel from their roving searchers across both countries here and abroad. There seems to be quite a bit of movement here in the US by wolves from abroad a buildup of sorts on both the east coast and west coast gathering strength in numbers. It is not looking good for us here.
