Chapter 1 - Preface

I'd always been a nerd to put it plainly. I enjoyed studying and wasn't afraid to admit it. My social life lived a lot to be desired. I had a few close friends and that was fine for me.

That's why when Jason came; whe showed me some attention, it was amazing. I tried to resist it, I knew he was trouble but when he said he liked me; he loved me it was different.

I don't regret anything about us. I know things got out of hand... went too far but it wasn't his fault. He turned my life upside down, he made me feel wanted and I'm just glad I was the one to share those moments with him. It definitely wasn't love at first sight, I hated him at first but he wasn't showing the real him.

I lost possibly my only friend when I was with Jason but it was worth it. I've moved schools since then, I couldn't face going back there after what happened. I'm doing really well and I've got my life back on track. Even though it's been over a year, I still think about him every day.

Jason, if you can hear me... I love you so much.
