The stage would be
another half day
and CG would be
home to stay
He alerted the doc
then went to the jail
looked for his deputies
and glanced at the mail
He needed sleep
first a drink
and something to eat
then time to think
Whip would be in a hurry
to start his Christmas run
gotta put Tex Mex to rest
time for BG to have a little fun
Get somethin' nice for CG
take her mind off her nose
maybe a new composing stick
don't think she has one of those
Something for the others too
somethin' easy and quick
set up a Christmas bar tab with CrazySmile
that'd do the trick
He ate and drank
then hit the sack
visions of CG danced in his head
he'd be happy when she got back
