Brody was in jail; now Buck had to face Lou.

3Gun told us to sort things out - that's what I'll do.

He tried to get Lou to stay in one place,

But she kept walking with a frown on her face.

Buck asked, "What would you do...

If I insisted on going back to Oh Aces with you?"

"Why would you ask that?" Lou said with a huff.

You can't make up your mind. I'm calling your bluff!"

Hoping to shock her, Buck said, "I can too!

I'm going back to Oh Aces with you.

But I'm not going to help. No way!

I'll be working for Shamus. What do you say?"

Lou exploded with shock - Buck's plan had succeeded.

"You're crazy, Buck!" This was the last thing she needed.

"Shamus works for me, not me for him.

They all work for me," she said, looking grim.

Now Buck was in shock. He couldn't believe this news.

"You wanted me killed?" He felt betrayed and used.

Lou rolled her eyes and grew sarcastic.

Buck had to admit, his question had been drastic.

"Why...why, would I want you dead,

then save you from your brother?" Lou scathingly said.

She turned to go, but Buck blocked her way.

"Explain this to me," he demanded.

"No way!"

Lou pushed past Buck, as quick as a dancer.

"You don't deserve an answer."

"Maybe I don't," Buck said with a frown.

"But, Lou, what about the rest of the town?
