Suho stood outside the fancy-looking restaurant, shuffling his feet awkwardly. He had been told to come there with Sehun by Baekhyun, but wait outside. Sehun was extremely bored, and was whining about wanting bubble tea; and it was starting to get on Suho's nerves.

"Can we just leave?" Sehun pouted, tugging Suho's arm.

"Listen," Suho said, "We were told to wait here until one of the members came, so now we're... we're..."

He trailed off when he spotted someone.

Kris. Tao.

Holy shish.

Kris was dressed to impress; hair combed down, black button up open to reveal his smooth chest, and he was seemingly arguing with Tao, who looked glum.

"I want to go Gucci shopping!" Tao whined, pulling on Kris's arm. But at that point Kris saw Suho, and also stared. Suho had to admit that what he was wearing was.. suggestive for a...

... date...

"Sehun," Suho growled. "Remind me to ground Baekhyun when we come home."

"Tao," Kris sighed. "When we get home, attack Chanyeol for me- wait, Baekhyun?"

"Chanyeol?"

The two blinked, then rolled their eyes.

"Of course." They said in harmony.

Kris shook his head. "OK, this is dumb. Let's just go back and give them a punishment. Tao, Sehun, let's..."

But the two maknae's couldn't really stop gazing at each other, a blush faintly appearing on Tao's cheeks.

"You look... uh..." Sehun licked his lips and gave a nervous laugh. "Well, you look really good."

"Thanks," Tao mumbled, shyly glancing up. The two leaders looked at each other and came to a silent agreement.

"Hey, Tao," Kris said. "How about go shopping with Sehun?"

"That's a great idea!" Suho said, trying to be enthusiastic. "Here..."

He handed the maknae's about two hundred dollars each and immediately acted like a mother, telling them to be careful and to call if necessary. The two agreed to everything and walked off. Kris smirked when Sehun wrapped his arm around Tao's waist, pulling him close.

Suho sighed, smiling. "Oh, they grow up-"

Kris pinched his lips together, grinning at how funny Suho looked.

"Come on," he said, chuckling as he let Suho's lips go. "I'm actually kind of hungry."

Suho nodded and they walked in, both trying not to look at each other. The waitress took one look at them and basically squealed out their seating choices. Kris, deciding to be extra, put an arm around Suho as he asked for a table at the back.

"Where no one can see us," Kris added, winking. The waitress blushed and nodded before leading them to the table. Suho acted nice as he thanked her, but as soon as she was gone he dropped his head on his folded arms, moaning.

"I'm sorry," Kris murmured, caressing his head. Suho looked up glaring daggers.

"Listen-"

"No, Suho, let me talk first." Kris said, serious. Another waiter came, but they simply ordered the first thing they saw on the menu and sent him off.

"Look, we've been called the mom and dad a lot, and... well..." Kris rubbed the back of his neck, trying to find the words. "It kind of..."

Suho realized what he was trying to say. "Oh, it... uh, imprinted... on you..."

"Yeah," Kris said, looking down. Suho suddenly giggled, only to laugh more. Kris looked up in surprise, then started laughing too. They managed to sustain their laughter when the waiter came back with drinks, which they thankfully realized was simple orange juice. Suho drank his, but took one look at Kris and had to cover his mouth to stop laughing. Kris groaned and butted his knee lightly under the table.

"Stop it, would you?" he moaned. "It's embarrassing."

Suho was able to swallow and nodded. "I'm sorry, it's just too funny."

Kris laughed. "I know it is; but seriously, we'd make a good-"

The waiter came, and Kris immediately added a different word.

"-duet; I mean, your voice is pretty sweet, and my rapping skills are pretty up to it."

The waiter smiled and put the two plates of food down and walked off.

"Wow, you're smart." Suho said, smiling.

"And hungry. Let's eat!"

As they ate, they talked about a comeback that they would want to start working on. Kris was complaining about SM being unfair to EXO-M, his grumbles making Suho feel guilty. He was in EXO-K, so he had no idea how that would feel like. Kris saw his expression and quickly changed topics about a duet not being a bad idea. Suho's smile came back and they had a less tense conversation. Everything after that played out well; they laughed, Kris payed and they exited holding hands.

"Wait a second," Kris said, glancing at a jewelry store. "Can you wait for me? Just call Tao and Sehun."

Suho frowned in confusion, but shrugged it off as Kris jogged inside. After Kris came out of the store, they finally found the maknae's and drove home. Suho saw Kris smiling more than he ever would, which he found suspicious. But when they arrived at the dorm, Kris pulled Suho aside and showed him what he bought.

"Oh," Suho said in surprise.

"Do you like it?" Kris asked, patting Suho's head

"Do you like it?" Kris asked, patting Suho's head. Suho nodded, still taken by surprise.

"I forgot to tell you, but I pre-ordered it. When we passed the store, I remembered and went in to get it." Kris explained. "I got one for me, Tao, Sehun, all of EXO. But I wanted you to wear it first."

Suho smiled as Kris went behind him and slipped the necklace on. It was a simple chain, but Suho's heart swelled when he held it in his hand. Kris hugged him from behind, smiling.

"Happy?" he whispered.

"Very," Suho beamed, turning around and planting a peck on Kris's cheek. Kris smiled and pecked his forehead back. Usually intimacy with guys grossed him out a bit, but hey...

This was his wife after all.
