Hunhan pt. 1

"Sehun, come on!" Luhan whined, annoyed. "I wanna know what the surprise is!"

"I'll tell you when it's ready!" Sehun said, excited as he kissed Luhan's head. "Look- as soon as you come back from China, go straight to the Han River and wait for me there."

"Let me guess-"

"Yep, our first date."

"You're so cheesy-"

"And you love that, don't lie."

Luhan smiled softly and kissed the maknae, standing on his toes as he wrapped his arms around Sehun's neck. Sehun hugged him back, eyes closing.

"You read me like a book," Luhan mumbled, kissing him repeatedly.

Tao suddenly burst in, panting.

"Luhan, come on! We're gonna be late, it's four thirty!"

Luhan gasped and gave Sehun a final, passionate kiss before running to his luggage and grabbing it. Tao grabbed his backpack and swung it over his shoulder. After a quick hug with Sehun he jogged out of the room at Kris's call.

"Bye maknae," Luhan said, lovingly kissing his cheek.

"Bye deer," Sehun mumbled as Luhan ran out the room. He waved out the window with the other members as EXO-M piled into the car and drove off. But as soon as they closed the window EXO-K crowded around Sehun.

"Come on, show us again!" Baekhyun squealed.

"Please, please, please!" Kai begged, giving his best puppy eyes.

"Come on Sehun, I gotta know if it's not a prank," Suho scolded, but his eyes shone with excitement. Sehun grinned before pulling out the small box and opening it to reveal a beautiful ring.

"Oh," Kyungsoo gasped, admiring it. "It's..."

"Beautiful? Gorgeous?" Chanyeol said, looking over everyone's heads.

"I would say perfect." Baekhyun said, pecking Sehun's cheek. "It's absolutely perfect for Luhan."

"Oh, I can't wait!" Suho basically squealed. "Who else knows?"

"All of EXO-M, except for Luhan, of course." Sehun replied. "I also asked both his and my parents, and they were totally OK with it. Mine were actually proud!"

Everyone cheered, and Suho tearfully hugged him tightly.

"This will be amazing!" Suho said, kissing Sehun's forehead. "You just wait!"

Ten months. Ten months of absolute torture.

Sehun tried not to spill anything suspicious about his proposal. He danced, sung, rapped, and performed for his EXO-L's with all of his abilities. But when he was told there would be five more months of seperation, he nearly lost it.

"It's OK Sehun," Kai said reassuringly after Sehun had a mental breakdown on his bed. "It'll be even more meaningful- you'll see, waiting will be worth it."

Finally, Luhan was coming back to Korea. But the day beforethe surprise, Sehun got some bad news- Luhan called him saying that he would have to help Kris fill out a few documents, but he'll be at the river by eight in the evening.

"That's OK!" Sehun reassured as a guilty Luhan apologized for the hundredth time. "Trust me, I'll be there waiting for you."

Finally, the day arrived. Sehun got ready with the outfit he knew Luhan loved. After EXO wished him luck he rushed to the river early and repeated his small speech to himself. He paced across the sand, feeling his heart fluttering desperately. He hoped Luhan would say yes.

"Sehun!"

The maknae whipped around, grinning. Luhan stood across the road, looking surprised and beautiful as always. He quickly glanced both ways before jogging across.

It happened in a flash.

A car came revving out from a corner, going way too fast. Sehun didn't even have time to open his mouth- he couldn't even close his eyes. He watched in horror as the car hit Luhan hard, sending him flying througb the air and onto the concrete.

"LU-GE NO!" Sehun shrieked, sprinting with all of his might to his boyfriends body. He fell to his knees, mouth hanging in horror. Luhan stared at the sky, eyes blank and blood spilling from his body. A man came out of the vehicle, looking startled.

"Oh my goodness!" He gasped. "I- I'm so-"

"Shut up!" Sehun shrieked, pointing a dangerous finger. "Call 911! He can't die!"

The man flinched and took his phone out, dialing desperately. Sehun turned back to Luhan and summoned the courage to lift him into his arms. He shuddered at how much blood pooled from his angel's head, and shakily applied a hand to the cut.

"Lulu, baby, sweetie, please..." Sehun choked down a sob, tears falling down his cheeks. "No... No, no, no! Luhan, wake up! You can't leave me!"

He was left sobbing on the road, clutching the man he loved while a monster called for help.
