Chenkai Final

"Why's Kyungsoo ignoring me?" Kai moaned, falling on the couch next to me. I flinched and tried to get up, but he grabbed my wrist and pulled me back down.

"Did something happen?" He said, looking up at me.

"Not that I know of." I lied, quickly hiding behind the book. He frowned.

"You're holding it upside down."

I quickly turned it over, avoiding his eye. I knew why Kyungsoo was angry; I had told him about Kai. Kyungsoo got upset and said that he would think about what to do. He took a darn long time to think; nearly two weeks passed.

Kai sighed and suddenly put an arm around my waist.

"Why-"

"Let go of me!" I yelped, trying to scramble back. "Get off! Stop!"

"Kai!" Suho snapped, walking into the room. Kai immediately let go of me, and I jumped up, skittering back. Suho put an arm around my shoulders.

"What were you doing?" Suho snapped. Kai stared at me.

"I'm sorry," Kai said right away. "Do your abs hurt or something?"

I immediately nodded. "Y-Yeah, you just pressed on a sore spot. I-I'm OK."

Suho frowned and whispered in my ear. "Is that the truth?"

I shuddered at how close he was and nodded. Suho gave my back a pat before walking off. I sat next to Kai again, on the edge of my seat. He sat up and slung a casual arm across my shoulders.

"Chen," He was very calm. "Are you avoiding me?"

I took a deep breath. "No. Why would I?"

"I don't know." He put his chin on my shoulder. "That's why I'm asking."

I shrugged, hoping he'll bail on the idea.

"Chen," He suddenly breathed, skimming my cheek with his nose. I glanced back to realize Suho closed the door.

Oh shoot.

"What's wrong love?"

I lost it. I jumped up and headed to the door. But before I can put my hand on the handle, Kai's hand appeared, slamming the door shut. I looked down, my hand out for the handle. Kai turned me around, enjoying himself.

"You're scared of me."

"No," I said quickly, backing up. My back hit the door and I shuddered as he took a step forward, cocking his head.

"I remember now." He whispered. "Why didn't you stop me? I always listen to Kyungsoo."

I put my hands behind my back. "How should I know that? I don't spy on you two."

He stepped forward again, his body pinning mine. I tried to slip my hand from behind my back to open the door, but he locked it. Damn his smart mind.

"You kiss better than him." Kai said. He leaned forward, licking his lips.

"I-I'll call out-t, I-I swear." I managed.

Kai leaned in so that his mouth was close to my ear. I stayed quiet, trying not to panic.

"You won't." He breathed.

"T-Try me." I snapped weakly. He kissed my ear, trailing light kisses to my cheek. He went to the edge of my lips and stopped. His lips were brushing against mine.

"Last chance." He whispered.

"They're all in the next room. They'll hear you." I said, my last defence. Kai smirked.

"What day is it, Chen?"

I frowned. "Sunday."

"Strange that you're not at the mall with Xiumin."

Sunday.

Our break day.

Damn it.

He kissed me, bringing his hand to my cheek. I put a hand on his chest again, but this time he wasn't having it. He took my two hands in his big one and put them over my head, pinning me there. He wrapped his arm around my waist, pulling me impossibly close.

I squeaked and turned my head away, breathing deeply. He kissed my cheek delicately.

"Kai," I said breathlessly. "You have... Kyungsoo."

"As my sweetheart." He breathed. "But you're the better kisser. You're my love."

He picked me up, making me squeak in surprise. I was heavier than your average backpack. He placed me on the couch, lying on top of me with a smirk that made me a bit nervous. He kissed me again, this time softer. I smiled and kissed him back, petting his hair. He stopped kissing my lips but landed pecks on my cheeks and forehead. I smiled as he kissed my nose and he allowed a chuckle. He hugged me and we lay there, relaxing.

"Don't tell anyone." I said out of nowhere.

"As if." Kai rolled his eyes. "If Kyungsoo hears, he'll never forgive me."

"Do you ever kiss Kyungsoo?"

"A couple times. But every time it sucked. Yet you-" He kissed my lips again and sighed.

"You've definitely kissed with your mouth open before."

I shook my head. He scoffed.

"I don't believe you."

"It's true." I said, smiling. He shook his head in disbelief.

"We have a natural kisser." He said, laughing. I laughed too, and he kissed my forehead again. I couldn't help but blush- this was so awkward, yet so intimate. We suddenly heard a car pull up and Kai moaned.

"They're probably back."

I sat up, worried. He smirked and got off me, fixing his hair a bit. I grabbed my book again, opening it to my previous page. Kai lay down and put his head on my lap. I gave him a look.

"Oh come on!" He whined. I rolled my eyes and went back to my book.

"We're not a couple. I have Xiumin, and you have Kyungsoo."

"Fine."

"Thank you."

"One more thing." He said. I sighed.

"What?"

He came up and kissed me. I kissed back, eyes fluttering until they closed.

"You're still my love." He whispered, before falling back and closing his eyes, falling into a phony sleep. I turned my eyes back to the pages. Two minutes later, EXO came back.

"What's going on here?" Chanyeol said, smiling.

"OMG!" Baekhyun said, acting like a fangirl. "Kai and Chen are dating! Twitter, Instagram, Facebook will love this!"

Kai moaned and turned over, covering his ears with a pillow. "Why so loud?"

"Oops." Baekhyun said, immediately covering his mouth. I laughed and shook Kai's shoulder.

"You fell asleep dummy. Go sleep on a bed."

He immediately jumped up, fixing his shirt.

"S-Sorry." He stammered, avoiding my eye. I wondered why he looked embarassed, until I saw Kyungsoo peeking at the doorway. He gave me a secret wink and walked off. He met Kyungsoo's eye and came over, murmuring something. Kyungsoo smiled and took his hand, his eyes shining.

"Chen!" Xiumin jumped to me, grinning as he started kissing my cheek. I smiled and kissed his lips, opening them like Kai did. Xiumin pulled back, blushing furiously.

"Since when did you kiss with your mouth open?" He said, even his ears red.

"Ever since I knew just how precious you are to me." I murmured, rubbing noses. He giggled, moving onto my lap. I smiled up at my hyung, heart fluttering. Oh, how I loved him. 

And Kai. 

... but mostly Xiumin.
