"Yes, I know. Don't say anything and just announce that we are dating. No kissing unless needed. The only personal contact allowed is an arm over the shoulder, and we'll break up after all these shit," Johnny repeated what I had been repeating over and over again in a monotonous manner.

I blushed as he looked at me and groaned. I had been frantically trying to cram everything into his mind for the past fifteen minutes, and without a doubt, it pissed Johnny off really badly. It just ended up making me even more nervous.

Sprinting down the stairs and nearly crashing into mom, who was balancing three plates of cookies on her arm, I finally made it to my porch. Not before Johnny could scare me though.

"Boo!" he shouted, covering my eyes as I jumped at least a foot high. With the bundle of nerves in my stomach to deal with, frankly, Johnny was not of much help. I rolled my eyes at him as he sauntered out.

"Let's go, darling," he drawled, snickering at my furrowed eyebrows.

"Calling me darling is not in the deal, and hands off me until someone we know walks by," I said stiffly, pushing his arm away as he tried to latch it around my waist.

"Awh, don't you want me to call you darling?" he smirked as I scowled deeply at him. By then, we were walking towards the main road already. Was he actually planning to ask me to walk for a few kilometers?

Just as I was contemplating whether to stop Johnny and call for an uber, suddenly, I saw a few classmates from our school.

"Oh shit, quick, um, wrap your arm around my-" I started nervously, breaking out in sweat as they neared us. Before I could finish my sentence, though, Johnny had already circled his arm around my waist, nearly knocking all the wind out of my lungs.

Well, that was not expected. I was now walking in a stiffly straight manner, pressed against Johnny as I averted my eyes. Once they were out of earshot, we let go immediately. Johnny's fingers lingered for a few more seconds than needed and I could still feel its heat burning into me now as I shivered.

"That was so close, and really uncomfortable. Anyway, who said you could hold my waist? I thought I specifically said to wrap your arms around my shoulders. And only my shoulders," I glared at him, crossing my arms.

"I usually grab my girlfriend's waist, so if I wrap my arm around your shoulders, it would seem unusual," he said casually, before continuing with a playful glint in his eyes, "You didn't seem to mind, though,"

You didn't seem to mind, though. His words repeated in my brain as I flushed red.

"I hate you," I groaned, covering my pinkish cheeks as he chuckled.

"Fourth time of the day, darling," Johnny smiled cheekily.

"Whatever," I snapped, still pissed at him for making me blush so heavily, that idiot.

"Come on," he finally said, leading me towards a motorbike parked some distance away from his house.

"Um, I don't think we are allowed to steal other people's motorbikes," I pointed out as he guffawed.

"This is not 'other people's motorbikes', darling," he laughed, getting on it.

"Then whose is it?" I asked curiously. It's not everyday you see a bad boy stealing a motorbike in action.
