Jacks pov
We started to head for Disney. Everyone was so excited and ready. I was currently in the car with Danny and Zach. Daniel was at the wheel and I was in shotgun which leaves the back to Zach. He was getting really excited back there.
Zach~ "Are we there yet dannyyyy?" He whined. Daniel chuckled and shook his head for the fifth time already and we had just started driving. This was gonna be a long ride.
Thirty light years later we finally reached the beloved Disney. Zach practically fell out of the car and waited for everyone to arrive. Seconds later Logan, with Brendan and his family, and Corbyn, with Christina and Jonah, park next to us. Jonah hops out first and immediately clings to Zach. Christina and Corbyn soon follow hand in hand. Logan takes a little longer but soon comes into sight with Brendan and his family. We all smile as we walk yo the entrance.
As we check in everyone's getting so excited and we all try and think of what to do first. Previously we had agreed on trying to stay somewhat together. We finally, after much whining an contemplation, we decided on Mickeys Ferris wheel and started to head that way. The line was decently long so Brendan and his family broke off and went to the little kid section. Corbyn and Christina soon followed and went for something a "little more adventurous" is what they said. Logan didn't want to third wheel so he went off to probably find food. Amber was on a business trip so she couldn't join us sadly. Soon Zach got hungry and Jonah took him to get food also. So much for staying together. It was now just me and Danny, but quite frankly I preferred it this way. I love my friends but come on. It's Danny.
Our turn came to get on the ride as Danny held onto my hand tight. He's scared? Or nervous? I throw him a questioning look but soon let it slide. Once we sit down he starts to fidget with his hoodie pocket and his hoodie strings and bounce his leg. We sit across from each other and I grab his hands and place them on our knees, that are touching slightly. He stops everything he was doing and took a deep breath.
Me~ "Babe?" He glances at me after having taken in the view.
Daniel~ "Yes?" He obliviously answers.
Me~ "What's wrong?" He takes his hands out of mine casually.
Daniel~ "Nothing Love." He said with a smile. I smile back but don't let the subject go in my head. We both look out of the sides of the ride as it starts an really look at our surroundings.
The ride goes on for a minute or two before abruptly coming to a stop, leaving us at the top.
Ride Operator~ "We're just having a small malfunction. Please wait on the ride as we get someone to get you down. Stay in your carts and stay calm." Of course everyone quietly starts to panic. Danny included.
Daniel~ "Um. Jack. I need to ask you something." I throw him another glance of question as he starts getting really nervous.
Daniels pov (right as they get to Disney)
I decided on doing it. I was going through with my plan. Today was perfect. Everyone was happy and it's gorgeous outside. The ring is in my pocket and I'm ready.
We get in to the amusement park and head for Mickeys Ferris wheel. Soon everyone starts separating and it's just me and Jack. I was going to do it now. It was the perfect time. As much as I deeply love my friends, this was our moment and ours alone. We get on the ride and sit down across from each other. Nervously I start fidgeting with my pocket that holds my future and happiness. Jack starts to notice and takes ahold of my hands trying to calm me down. It works. For now.
Great. We're stuck on this extremely small ride on the very top. Wait. It's perfect. Damn it. Now I start to get even more nervous.
Me~ "Um. Jack. I need to ask you something." I spit out. He looks at me questioningly. I take a deep breath and start.
Me~ "Jack Robert Avery. I have loved you since the day I laid my eyes on your gorgeous self. You are my inevitable happiness and my love. You are so perfect and somehow you're mine. I know it's cheesy to do this at Disney but I think it's perfect. I love you with all of my heart and I want to be with you for as long as my heart will beat. It will beat for you and that's how I want it to. So Jack. Will you marry me?" I stop breathing while waiting for a response. He just stands there shocked. Damn it. I ruined everything.
Jacks pov (sorry for all the switches)
Star-bound. Star struck. Frozen. I was. My love just asked me. My brain can't comprehend any other words to say at the moment. But somehow it manages to spit out one.
Me~ "Yes." He lets put a deep breath and smiles type biggest I've ever seen Daniel smile. His smile being the contagious smile it is, causes me to mimic is actions.
Me~ "Of course. I love you so much—" I was interrupted by his soft lips smashing against mine with so much force, but like a good force. A love force. All I can say is that it was magical. Magical it was.
