Chapter 10

Travis's POV

All yesterday replayed in my head like a movie, am I actually right for kissing her? I looked at my nightstand and grabbed the book, I got up and put it in my backpack. I went into the bathroom and got in the shower, when I was finished I dried off and got dressed in some black skinnies, blue v-neck and my blue vans. I went downstairs and got some toast, Jackson was sitting at the table. He looked at me and furrowed his eyebrows

"Who is it that's got you in a daze" he asked

"No one" I said 

"Mhmm it's Isabelle huh" I looked down but nodded "What happened when you guys went to the amusement park yesterday"

I told him what happened and he just sat there and stared at me "Well aren't you gonna say anything" 

"I have no words, just tell her you like her" he said

"I can't" I sighed

"Why not, it can't be because of your reputation" he said, I didn't say anything "Wow after what she told you and Chad in the hall the other day you're still thinking about yourself, do everyone a favor and climb out of your ass, you're too far in it" he got up and walked out the door

I groaned and walked out the door and to the car, I drove to school and once we got there Jackson jumped out and walked off, he must really be mad at me. I walked down the hall and to my locker, I got my stuff and went to find Shawn. I found him with the girls, Shawn looked at me and waved 

"Hey Travis whats up" he asked 

"I'm fine, hey girls" I said

"Hello" Mel said grinning, I looked at Izzy and she was just looking at her shoes

"Umm well Shawn and I are gonna go to the cafeteria" Mel dragged Shawn away from us

"I have something that might belong to you" I said getting out her book, she looked up and her eyes widened 

"Where did you find it, I've been looking for that" she said

"The day you fell asleep by the tree, I meant to give it back along time ago, but I forgot" I said she hugged me

"Thank you" she released and the bell rung, we walked to class together and school dragged on and on. The final bell rung to know that school was out I walked out and to my car, but had to wait for Jackson. I saw Izzy walk out with her sister Liz and Jackson, Izzy waved at me and I waved back. She walked over to my car 

"Hey umm, you still up for tutoring today" she asked biting her lip

"Yea, I'll see you at 4" I said, she turned around and awwed, I looked what she was looking at and it was Jackson and her sister kissing, that's why his acting like this

"Alright you two enough" Izzy said and they pulled apart blushing

Liz waved by to him and he walked to the car, I chuckled and got in the car. He got in and I looked at him

"What?" he asked

"Nothing, so you and Liz how long" I asked

"Uhh, ever since Belle started tutoring you" he said

I nodded and drove home, I went up to my room and did my homework. I looked at the clock and it said 3:56. I walked into the bathroom and splashed water on my face then the door bell rung, I heard Jackson answer it and the door closed. I walked downstairs and Izzy was sitting on the couch talking to Jackson, I cleared my voice

"Ready" she asked standing up

"Can we do it up in my room, I don't feel like bringing my stuff down here" she nodded

We walked up to my room and she looked around, she sat in the office chair and I sat on my bed. We worked for an hour and I yawned

"Someone's tired" she said

"I guess" I said stretching

"Travis can I ask you a question" she said, I nodded "I wanted to know, did you kiss me yesterday just because we were having fun and it was the heat of the moment or do have feelings for me because if you don't tell me now, I really don't take rejection well..."

As she rambled on, I got up from the bed walking over to her and her off by putting my lips on hers. I released and she slowly opened her eyes

"I did both because I have feelings for you" she blushed and looked down

"You're not just saying that" she asked

"No, I really mean it" she sighed

"But if we started going out won't you be worried about your popularity" she asked

"I thought about that and I came to a conclusion, I don't care anymore. The heart wants what the heart wants" she giggled

"So cheesy" I chuckled and looked at her

"So now Isabelle will you go on a date with me Friday night" she smiled

"I would love to" I hugged her and she happily sighed on my shoulder "I should get going" she stood up

"ok" I walked her to the door and she quickly kissed my cheek

"See ya" she walked to her car and waved bye, I waved back and closed the door

Jackson looked at me and laughed "Someone's in love" I rolled my eyes

I got something to eat, then went back to my room. I put some pajama bottoms on with no shirt and went to bed
