Chapter 11

Isabelle's POV

When I got home I was as high as a kite, I couldn't believe Travis Montell asked me out. I was so happy I started dancing in the hallway, then I twirled right into my mom

"Isabelle what are you doing" she asked

"Dancing" I said bluntly

"Why in the hallway, not in your room" I shrugged "Why are you even dancing in the first place"

I looked at my shoes "Because someone asked me out" I said without looking at her, then she squealed

I looked at her and she was smiling like crazy, now I was confused completely

"Oh sweetie that's amazing, was it that boy Travis" she asked, I nodded "His parents are so nice, when are you going"

"Friday, why are you so excited about this" I asked

"Because my eldest daughter is going on a date, I'm gonna buy you a outfit tomorrow" she said

I hugged her "Thank you" she hugged back

"Only for you and I'm surprised you didn't say anything about your braces and glasses, you look beautiful" I giggled

"Thanks mom" I kissed her on the cheek and walked upstairs

I laid on my bed, then I remembered I had to text Mel. I grabbed my phone, I searched through my phone

"Hey Mel" I texted

"Whats up Belle" she texted back

"I have something to tell you"

"Is it something good or bad"

"Lol it's something good"

"Ok tell me"

"Travis asked me out" there was a pause, then my phone rang. I answered it then there was a squeal

"Oh my god no he didn't" she screamed

I laughed "Yea he did, this Friday" she squealed again "Mel if you keep squealing I'll go deaf" I laughed

"Sorry, we're gonna have to go shopping" she said

"Don't have to my mom said she was going to get me something" she gasped

"I thought your mom wouldn't care" she asked

"Me neither, I kinda ran into her in the hallway" I said

"What do you mean" she asked

"I was doing my happy dance and bumped into her" she started laughing

"Nice one, I gotta go and eat see ya tomorrow"

"Bye" I hung up and got my pajamas on, I climbed into bed and got my book. I thought and it clicked in my head that's how he knew what I liked at the amusement park, I put my book back and fell asleep

Friday-Isabelle's POV

Today is Friday and I'm so excited, it's a good thing I don't have school today or I would be too tired to do anything. My mom bought me the most cute outfit ever, but don't know what he has planned I asked him all week, but he never told me. I got up and brushed my teeth, but didn't feel like changing yet. I walked downstairs and in the kitchen my mom was making coffee, I sat at the table and she turned around and looked at me

"Isabelle why aren't you dressed" she asked

"Because my dates not until 7" I said, she nodded and sat down

"Mom, would you think it would be a good idea to join the cheer team" her eyes shot up at me and smiled

"Isabelle that would be a great idea, you have blossomed into a beautiful young lady and I'm proud of you" she said with tears in her eyes

"Mom don't cry" I rubbed her back and kissed her cheek

I got up and walked to the game room and laid down on the couch and watched t.v, I think I dozed off because when opened my eyes Liz startled me and I jumped and knocked heads with her

"Oww Belle, I was just about to wake you up, it's 6 o'clock" she said

"Thanks and sorry" I said got up and kissed her forehead

I walked upstairs and into my room, I hopped in the shower, when I got out I walked in my room and looked at the outfit my mom got me, I wanted to be sure I was gonna be wearing the right outfit. I texted Travis

"Hey what am I supposed to wear" I texted

"Something you can dance in" was all he said

I shrugged then looked at the outfit again, it looks like something you can dance in. I plopped on my bed, then Liz peeked inside

"Stuck on something" she asked

"Yea, I don't know what to wear" I said

"Let me guess he told you to wear something to dance in" she said

"Yea how'd you know" I asked

"Hello I'm dating his brother and I helped mom pick out the outfit, so you're good to go" she said

"Thanks Liz" she winked and walked out

"You'll have fun" she said before closing the door

I shrugged and put on the outfit. It was a blue corset top with white jeans and black and blue supras. I looked at myself and I looked pretty good. I walked downstairs and my mom and sisters were sitting in the living room

"Belle you look smoking hot" Liz said

"Thanks, I think" I said, they laughed

The door bell rang and I answered it, Travis was standing there in some grey skinnies and a black v-neck. I smiled and let him in

"Hi ladies" he said

"Hi Travis, take care of my daughter" my mom said

"I will, you ready" he asked

I nodded and waved bye to my mom, we walked to his car and got in. He drove into town and then stopped. I looked out my window and it was a club, I turned to him

"We're not old enough to get in" I said

"It's a teen club, come on" he got out and ran to my side and opened the door

"Thank you" I got out and he closed the door, we walked to the guard and he asked to see our I.D's, I took out my school I.D and he nodded. I walked in and waited for Travis, we both walked in and it looked really cool. I walked over to the bar and got a apple cider, that's the closest I'm gonna get to a drink. I danced with Travis for awhile and he got tired

"Please one more song" I said

"I'm too tired" he said

"I'll be dancing by myself" I said

He shook his head no again, I pouted then a song came on that I knew a whole dance to. I walked over to a couple of guys and asked them if they knew the dance to this song to and they nodded, then we walked over to the dance floor and as soon as the song came on we started dancing. We finished and I walked back over to him and sat next to him

"Where did you learn to dance like that" he asked

"I've always loved to dance and I like that song" I said

"Well next time, you should show me those moves" he winked and I blushed

We stayed for a little while longer, then we left. He drove me home and we walked to my door

"I had a great time tonight" I said

"Me too" he leaned down and kissed me on the lips, I kissed back and there were butterflies. I released and he looked at me

"Be my girlfriend" he asked with his forehead pressed to mine

"I would love to" I pecked him on the lips and opened the front door, I waved bye and closed the door. I walked up to my room, I put some pajamas on and got in bed and fell asleep cuddling my stuff animal
