I could hear the alarm ringing. I woke up. It was 6 30 in the morning. My mind filled with the prospect of the day ahead, the uncertainties. I was about to start my high schooling today. And I hate to admit but I was very doubtful about my career.
I got up and went to the bathroom. I took the shower pondering over my education. I was smart and hardworking but I needed that in written to apply for jobs. I wanted to achieve many things in life, I wanted to do something. I resolved to focus on my studies and career more seriously from now on.
I checked my reflection in the mirror and honestly guys, I didn't look bad. Yeah I looked nervous but otherwise, I was all set to start this day.
I went down the hall and ate breakfast.
Oh I forgot to introduce myself. Myself Takeru Ishikawa. I am 16 and I live in Tokyo, Japan. And today guys I will be starting my high school.
I stepped out. It was a lovely morning. My high school was just 15 minutes away from my home. I liked it this way. The brisk morning walk will keet me in shape.
The high school came into view and I was dreadful. Actually, I was friendly but I just dreaded this phase. On one hand I liked meeting people, but then again, I was clumsy. I was smart, but clumsy when it came to people. Hope you guys won't judge me based on this.
