Chapter 46

Esme's P.O.V.

I walk into the room with the two sisters and i see them smirking at me. I smirk back but i feel disgusting doing it.

"You finally escape gorilla in there huh. You must really want us then." Kate said.

"Of course." I say back and look over to Tanya in the corner.

"Well how about you get your sweet little ass over here and we can help you out Esme." Irina says.

I slowly walk towards them and then crawl slowly on the bed feeling disgusting and worthless of a mate. I crawl right up to them and then i latch my arms around the both of them. I squeeze them hard and i see them look panicked.

"How about you tell me what's going on instead." I say sweetly to them.

"No you cant be back yet. We had control of you we were going to finally have you Esme." Kate says.

"I belong to Bella. She's in the fucking hospital almost dead but here i am messing with you two shores so make it quick or I'll simply kill you both right now. My mate fucking needs me you bitches." I say spitting at them.

"We dont know what you're talking about Esme. We havent done anything to you." Irina says innocently.

"Wrong answer." I simply say and then I bang their heads together hard enough to snap their necks and for Irina's head to go flying off. I grab Kate's head and break it off as well. I throw their bodies outside the window and i see Rosalie already burning them. I look over to Tanya and she looks down ashamed.

"I'm sorry i have brought this all upon you Esme. Please dont think badly of Carmen and Elizer they had nothing to do with it. You can kill me if youd like as revenge." She says and then falls to her knees.

"I'm not going to kill you. You guys are welcomed to stay but I must get going my mate is in the hospital needing a miracle to save her." I say and run out of the room.

"Take me to the hospital now." I say to Edward.

He nods his head and then runs out to the garage and I follow after him. I quickly jump in his Volvo and he speeds away to the hospital. I look behind us and see Rosalie and Emmett in the Jeep right on our tail following us to the hospital. I look straight ahead and I hope that she's okay and that she will come back to me.

Alice's P.O.V.

"They are coming here Carlisle. I will go wait outside for them and lead them in." I say and get up to leave.

I walk out the door and softly close it behind me then I walk through the big double doors after telling the nurse that the rest of the family is coming in and that we will be right back. I walk out the hospital doors and see them running towards me.

"Is she alright?" Esme asks.

"Shes still alive." I say. "Follow me."

We start heading back into the hospital and then the double doors open and I smile a sad smile to the nurse before continuing on to Bella's room. I stop outside of Bella's door and take an unneeded breathe before pushing open the door and entering the room. I walk to Jasper and sit down in his lap. Carlisle is still by her one side so Edward goes to him. Jasper moved us to the far wall so that the others can see her.

Esme cautiously walks to Bella and gently picks up her hand and laces her fingers with Bella's. She sits down in the chair we were sitting in. Rosalie and Emmett stand at the foot of the bed and thwy both look like they could bust out crying right now. Really we all would be right now if we could. We are all affected by this turn of events and it trully hurts us to see her here in this hospital bed doing nothing.

"Bella you need to wake up baby. I love you and we just started our adventures together. We have along time to live still and i need you besides me. I can't be by myself anymore Bella, not after having you by my side this long. I need you to come back for me and if not for me for the rest of them. They all love you and adore you as their sister and they need you to wake up for them. Please Bella please..." Esme says before a sob escapes her.

Esme stays where she is and sobs keep breaking through her and she is losing it. I look to Jasper but he is focused on Bella. I look at Bella and see her eyes start to flutter open and then they open all pf the way. Her one eye is actually kind of scary but that doesnt matter she up. She's awake.

"Bella..."

Bella's P.O.V.

Man my head is killing me and my eye still hurts. I hear something that sounds like sobs and im slowly starting to feel a hand in mine that brings tingles to my skin. I also feel another hand on my other one. Whats going on for this person to be sobbing.

I start to open my eyes but its really hard. I put more effort into it and they finally open only for me to see out of my left eye. This is weird.

"Bella..."

I look over to the voice and I see Rosalie looking at me.

"Yeah." I croak out.

Suddenly arms are throwed on me and I'm surrounded by my family.
